I ordered my boots as a treat for myself. The process to order my boots was easy. My boots came and I love them. Can't wait to wear them.

Just want the company know that I received my package. I am in a condo and whatever company delivered to the the register area of condos just left it. No is ever there. I found it and the cleaning lady said they cannot deliver to unit. It was shipping company not your company. I am satisfied with the boots just like the picture. Thank you.

I love the stuff i ordered. The shipping was fast all my stuff came and was in perfect condition. Shopping on the website was very easy to navigate. I will definitely shop again and would recommend to friends.

Shipping is a little expensive

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I paid $80 for next-day shipping to be able to receive a Christmas sweater by the next day (as the website had promised), and I received it in the mail three days later.

I love my new boots! I purchased 3 pairs in the same style in different colours! They are so comfortable and more than affordable. I will definitely shop here again.:-)

I purchased a pair of boots a couple weeks ago via PayPal. They took my money out, but I have not received a package, nor a confirmation email with a tracking number. These things would be very helpful & reassuring when waiting for something to come that you've already paid for.

A friends ordered shoes for me and I thought up didn't want them but as soon as I saw them, I fell in love with them. They are stylish yet comfortable.

Everything was great but I thought shipping was free for $50 order.

The outfit came in a timely manner. I ordered a floral jumpsuit and it looked just like it did in the picture. It fits well. I normally wear a medium to a large, but I ordered a extra large, just to be safe and it fit well. So you may wanna order a size bigger than what you wear.

I recieved two, of four, items that didn't fit right. Went on-line to exchange them and then learned that they were final sales. No where was I informed of that when I placed the order. Very dissappointed because had I known that was the case I would have only purchsed one to make sure it fit. Won't be buyng from them again.

Worst service I've ever gotten. Always back ordered. Expensive shipping and takes forever to come. Customer service never knows what's going on and gives conflicting information. I asked to speak to a supervisor for clearer info and they said they don't have them and hung up. Nice clothes but not worth the hassle. Shouldn't even be in business.

Order came in, when expected! They fit good! Style is neat! The only bad thing was, there were marks on it. Not to noticeable but you can see them close up. I wish you checked order before you Sent

I called customer service and they we're willing to help. But I haven't received my daughters boots yet so we will see how I feel when they arrive. Hopefully she will like them and I will continue shopping.

Customers we're informed of free shipping on items over$50 at checkout and I didn't receive free shipping

It's been ten days since I placed my order and the order is still "processing". Only took ten seconds for them to charge my card though.
