It's been a week and I my package is still processing, I haven't got an email or anything regarding it.
Placed order Dec 26. Did not ship from their facility until Jan 8th. Was told I could not cancel my order as it was against their company policy. I called 3 days in a row and each day they assured me it shipped. It did not. Could not pull my order up with my name, address, or email. They could only locate my order using my order number. Pitiful
They did not put complete mailing address as I put on my order so the package was not able to be delivered and had to be sent back to LolliCouture.

I'm not very happy and very disappointed! If you order an 8 they should be sending out an 8. To cover up just to make an order is bad business

I ordered a week ago and haven't received any email update on shipping. I figured it would have shipped by now. I guess it takes a week for the warehouse to ship a simple order.
This was one of the first places that popped up when I searched for white cowgirl boots for my wedding so I went with it! I am unable to track my package though-all the website says is Fed Ex. Also, I have not received my package yet so I am unable to further rate my purchase!

This company doesn't offer free shipping like they advertise and there are so many restrictions! The shipping price changed if I used coupons or not! I ordered on December 29th am chicago time. Today is January 6th and i still have not received my purchase. I believe i deserve my shipping fee back because of this and the company is not responding to my request. What kind of a company/warehouses takes a 7 day vacation and still lets orders go through. Thay somehow got there money the day of purchase... interesting. Thank god my bank will refund me.
The cost of shipping is horrible, My order was over 50 dollars for 4 items and still did not get the 50 dollar shipping. SMH
I am not new to online ordering, in fact I've been doing it for years on multiple sites. I have never had an issue like this before. First, I am provided with incorrect tracking information. Then, my order is finally delivered after 2 weeks and only 2 of the 5 items I ordered were included. I did, however, receive an invoice stating 2 of my items were "refunded" and the other was "back-ordered". Mind you, when I originally placed the order, this was NEVER marked and I was never made aware prior to receiving my order. Completely unprofessional and I will never order from this company again.
Well I was given the option of shipping in 2-days. One week later I finally received my order. Had I known it would take that long I probably would not have bothered placing my order. I understand that my item was shipping from far away. And I'm fine with waiting a few extra days. However, I needed it in a rush as I was leaving out of the state for a week. Too bad the order didn't release this bit of information beforehand. :(
