Is crazy because I broke my leg and I got surgery on my knee so for so long I've been wanting these boots that go past money and now I can actually afford to get the boots and I got him and I'm happy love the boots...
They came just as pictured and they fit perfect! I absolutely love them and will be buying more!
Bought a pair of boots in a color I needed. Never used LolliCouture before. When the boots arrived, the only thing useful was the box! The boots were not the size I ordered, even though the box was marked the correct size and the boot would only fit the foot and leg of a child. What a rip off! Called the company 3 times during business hrs. Only to get a machine saying they were closed. I don't have time to play chase the "yes pink" operators. Then the return policy was a joke too! A lot of "IF" you spent 12.99 or under, you are "NOT" permitted to return the item, along with "restock fees" IF you qualify? They messed up, not me, yet I'm put out? Total rip off. Won't use or recommend to anyone.
Not everything was shipped at once. Now I have to wait for back order. Lets hope that they don't forget to back order the rest.

Fast delivery, most boots fit good. Shearling pair slightly too wide. But other 3 pairs were super cute & I think worth the $. I had to pay for shipping, but when averaging each shoes, still a low price. Would definitely shop w them again.
Didn't know the shipping and handling was 17.99. And I need to know if you all carry wide calf boots.
I purchased a pair of knee high boots that were not measured around the thigh properly. The same day I received the boots was the same day I wanted a refund. I spoke with a reply she was not knowledgeable of the items or the boot I purchased. I then, requested an TA you get my refund. 10 minutes later I received and emailed stating I could not get a refund the shoes were on sale. When I purchased the shoes they were not on sale. A store credit is what most loyal businesses would do. Won't order again!
I received my package in within the time line. The boots are true to size. The quality was excellent for the price. I will purchase more colors. Definitely recommend to all my friends. "2 thumbs up!"

This was my very first purchase with Lolli Couture. I am very satisfied with the product and the quickness of receiving my order.
I tried to cancel my order but my email wasn't even read til after my order was shipped. And I still haven't received the order to refuse it to be shipped back for my refund
Unfortunately every time I order something from the site I never get my complete order. When it arrives something is always missing from the order and that's very unsatisfaying
I found the web sight very easy to work with. It was a nice shopping experience and products were well identified and displayed. Overall, I'd easily recommend this sight to anyone in the future. The check-out process is done easily and efficiently with several options. I appreciated having PayPal at my disposal as it's efficient and provides good security for purchases.
I spent over 100 on my oreder and on one item it was the incorrect size. The box had my size but the boot inside was a size and a half smaller! I contacted customer service and they made me pay to ship them back to get the correct size in return. I should not have to pay for a return if the company was the one that messed up my order. Very disappointed!
Unless it's some kind of shoe emergency, I will never buy shoes from this company again.
My order has been processing since January 5, today is the 13th and it's still processing. I was expecting to have my item before I go on vacation and by the looks of it I won't. Not a happy customer at all.
I placed an order with your website and it took a few days for the order to be sent out, but once it was sent the order came really quickly. Some of the colors were slightly different than were shown online, but they were very beautiful. The material of the shirts were soft and slightly clingy so they stayed in place (just the way I like them). Also, the prices were great! Thank you! Marie Sadusky (Joe's wife)
Had trouble with 3 other sites trying to purchase boots I'm my size and style, I searched 13 diff sites and ordered from 3 diff one buying boots that were not first choice, and each order there was a problem, either too small or to wide or wrong color, all the other sites didn't even have my size, till LolliCouture...
