Order fulfillment was great---that was NOT the issue.
I had understood the order would be send with a low profile----markings and packaging. INSTEAD the package was yellow with bright flowers all over it.
Considering the product was special purpose underwear, the bright yellow and flowers screamed out when I went to the service counter at the Post Office---not to be forgotten by the people behind me in line.

We understand that the cheerful packaging that we use is not for everyone but we choose to use packaging like that because it gives no indication of what is inside the order. We make sure to only use the initials of the company on the shipping label and to use packaging like that so that it does not show what is inside or where it is coming from. Due to that we rarely made a profit off of them and we tried very hard to keep them for as long as possible despite this being the case. Size chart for what I purchased was totally useless. What I bought does not fit but I had to open it to know that so it became un-returnable and I'm out $50. Customer service advised me the size I bought should have fit by their chart. Lot of good that did me. My problem, not theirs. My money wasted, their profit. Will not deal with them again.

We are very sorry that you did not find the sizing chart helpful. In most cases the sizing chart is a good representation of the fit of the product. It is very rare that we get complaints about the sizing chart but it does happen. Unfortunately though like any other company that is selling the type of products that we sell we cannot accept returns on opened products. I know you are taking a risk by purchasing something but we can not accept returns on an opened product due to the sensitive nature of the products. I had a wonderful experience with this company from start to finish. The products were delivered in expected time and my online experience was very pleasant.
Incomplete. Still in process. Not done yet. One order entered and waiting on receipt of more info from LLM to enter another order.
