The size was a bit larger than expect for the re-usable cloth diaper. The plastic underwear size was a perfect fit and mom loves it. Company has excellent customer service.
I dont normally write reviews but this company is awesome in my opinion. Service is just as important as the product and the service here is above and beyond. Their shipping is quite fast also. I placed an order on Monday morning and it was at my house on Tuesday

The website isn't spectacular, but it's quite easy to use. Even on mobile it's not too hard to click buttons and I never had to zoom too much.

Bought them for my mom she thought they were cute but it seems like since they come in a large and extra-large they were kind of big for her and what happened was they leaked through her adult guard and then when we took them off of her they leakef all over the floor

Very good. I gave them the wrong address because it was new in Jan and did not use it until July when I ordered. I finally received the product and it is great. Also the woman I emailed about the address was very nice about the whole thing.
Made certain that my order was for 'pull-ups'. Even talked to a Rep about this. Lo and Behold, for the 2nd time I get a box full of 'tape ons'. The products are great, BUT, with the disability that my ex-wife has, 'tabs, or tape-ups' just will not work. I'll try ONE MORE TIME, AND IF THE ORDER ISN'T RIGHT, THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER ORDERS PLACED..
