This is possibly the first company I have ordered from to where I have gotten replies back very quickly for the questions asked. Along with the sense that they are understanding and answer the questions in a understanding manner. Would completely recommend

I purchased a coup[le of pairs of high backed plastic pants, which I am very pleased with, they very comfortable and effective and have certainly reduced the washing load for bedding. The only downside is that living in the UK it not only took about two and a half weeks for them to arrive but I had to pay additional import taxes, which made them rather expensive what with the postage and packing.

This is an awesome store and am so grateful to have found them. What a relief to have so many options, for diapering our sweet Rett Warrior. Thank you.

All products shipped were as described and the shipping was quickly accomplished. Very satisfied. I will be shopping with them in the future.

Very good service and very happy with the product. The only drawback to buying from Spain is that customs clearance takes more than 7 days. It is better to use normal, cheaper, rather than urgent, transport for this reason.

Package arrived torn open. LL Medico responded that this just happens sometimes when companies ship items. They asked if I wanted a replacement item. I said yes, but they never sent one.

I ordered on two occasions the Gary pants in white and dark blue for my husband the quality was very good and arrived to my adress in Australia very promptly.

High quality product but not easy to order. Internal ordering process adds time to the order and hopefully the third party manufacturer is not in a backlog situation.

I ordered a mattress encasement to protect my new mattress at the end of November. I didn't get it until January. Not really happy it took so long, but what can I do about that.

The waistband for these pants isn't tight all the way around. Mediums are the "right" size but even the small pair's waistband sucks and let's air escape through the back.

The elastic waistband needs to have a different attachment to prevent tearing of the top of the pants. Love the fact that they are long higher than the waist and not too tight round the thighs.

Item was smaller than expected size was two x fit like a one x. The product came from Sweden but it didnt say so in the description.

Purchased Gary. They are great but, ripped down the side within 3 weeks. I will purchase again when traveling but, not for home use.
