WORST EVER

RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered bedroom set and mattress. Confirmed delivery. No show and no call. I as the customer had to call them. Then had to fight to get the order the next day delivered. Another day wasted waiting on this moron company.
Furniture arrived and delivered. NO mattress. Never told it would be delivered on another day or by another shipper. I had to call again and was told it would be drop shipped---but could not give me the date or time. Told them to arrange for it to be delivered at the end of the month. Was told could not do that. Asked to cancel. No response. Claimed mattress was delivered. NEVER was delivered. Now being told I have to file a claim and deal with the non delivery with the their shipper---and they will not give me the UPS tracking number.
Credit card company notified. And their lame "Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We will send you a corresponding email from our livingspaces.com email address to further assist you in this matter. Kind Regards," is worthless as I have been dealing via email with them
With ALL these low rankings why is BBB not doing something?

The worse customer service ever. They only want to take your money. Paid over £40.000 for a kitchen, cabinet door broke after only few months, breakfast bar wood lifted up after 4 months. Still waiting for repair after 2 years. No phone number, no full address for customer service. Reply to e-mails after 3-4 weeks and each time with some worthless excuses. Please please don't buy anything from Livingspace, yes the design is nice but do you really want to pay so much for something that do not have any warranty, worse customer service, oh no none exiting customer service. They made so much mistake with the design and each time they were blaming each other and then charging me for it. DO NOT USE LIVINGSPACE

I purchased this sectional in Feb 2020. In less than 1 year it started peeling. I purchased an extended warranty. I filed a claim. They said it was normal wear and tear? Really. I tried to post a review a few months ago and it never was posted - let's try again. The day I bought this I spent over $15,000.00 on furniture at this store. I tried again to get them to do something this past week and just now I received a call from their offices in Las Vegas who said there was nothing they could do. I asked to return the product. The line went silent and they disconnected me. This company is awful and has inferior products!

I like Living Spaces furniture for the most part. I really do. I just ordered almost $4k worth of furniture for my mother's new apartment in an assisted living facility. I called not once, but three time to ensure that the delivery drivers Living Spaces was planning to send out were vaccinated. This is a requirement of the assisted living facility and it's one that I totally understand and respect. Delivery day comes and my worst fears came true-one of the drivers was unvaccinated and totally contentious. The other delivery guy wasn't exactly cool about it, but produced his proof of vaccination. Finally, after 20 minutes, the unvaccinated guy relented and agreed to take a rapid test. I just had a feeling something would go wrong and fortunately had a box of tests in my purse. So here I am, in the rain, administering an antigen test to this delivery guy. Needless to say I was livid. Why did I bother calling not once, but three times to make sure Living Spaces would send vaccinated drivers? I called management today to express my frustration and was offered a $25 gift card. I asked for my $200 delivery fee back and management refused. Moving forward, I'll be buying my furniture from Costco or some other more reputable dealer with better customer service standards.

Horrible experience, avoid ordering from here

I ordered all the way back in november only for you guys to send me the wrong size bed frame and received the exchange a month later but this time the bed was missing pieces and had a stain on the headboard as if it had been used. Overall awful experience with living spaces. The back and fourth with the wrong products has really been an inconvenience if i knew this would have been the experience I would've shopped somewhere else that is more organized. Definitely do not waste your time shopping here if you have other options. I am upset because I heard good things about living spaces but my experience has not resembled that one bit. Avoid ordering here, waste of time.

Living Spaces Warranty

I was sold on a warranty for my sectional couch. Was charged around $350.00 to cover cleaning or deodorizing. I have submitted a claim various times trying to get service and instead they send me to their partner which is an additional charge. This is a scam! They charge you upfront for a warranty to cover your furniture - which you will never be able to use! DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY!

Beware, i bought new bed and mattress, bed is cracked in less then two months, the matters has a hump in the middle (my claim was just denied for the mattress) they say i kept books under the mattress. Who does that. I did have my life insurance papers on the right side of my mattress that i placed there about a week ago, my bed sat on the floor for over a month, hump was there then. Now i made the hump, WTF. I will never buy from living spaces and advise anyone beware. My bed is broke from the headboard the bottom of the bed. My dressers are all off and cracked. A mess.

I dont recommend this company

I ordered a chest drawer twice and each time the item was damaged. So, I requested a refund. The representative was unknowledgeable. She set the refund up as a store credit when it was supposed to go back to my original payment method. I've called numerous times and I still cant get this resolved. When I asked for the number to the refunds department, one of the reps blatantly lied and stated that they don't have a number. I've been promised call backs, but no one has EVER called me back. At this point, I will be opening a BBB claim if this isnt resolved in the next 5 business days. I've never experienced such horrible customer service in my life.

Do not purchase from them online. I ordered a sectional from them on 11/5 because I was assured I would have it before Thanksgiving and that didn't happen. I found out two days before it's "delivery date" that it wasn't available because it was open stock. I told them I really need it at least before Christmas and they basically told me it would ship when it shipped. The order was about a month and half late by the time it finally shipped (12/23), then the shipping company lost the order. The last tracking update was on 12/28 and I emailed Living Spaces on 1/6 since XPO wouldn't tell us anything. After a week they tried to tell us it was a weather related delay (it wasn't) and it took 20 total days (plus 5 emails, 6 calls and hours of my personal time) for them to finally figure out that XPO lost it. XPO is an actual nightmare, our local branch hangs up on people trying to get info, but that's a whole other issue. They tried to automatically order me a new one with no shipping timeline, I told them I needed to speak to a manager first to figure out what our options are, they told me they would call me back today and still no call. Horrible customer service, horrible experience and I give up and cancelled my order. Emails would go days/weeks without being answered and the system online never reflected any concrete updates so I would just have to take their word for it. They say they will escalate the issue but it doesn't happen. I honestly feel they don't care about the online customers, they lack empathy in dealing with customers and they don't care that they lose the sale.

We bought diverse things to furnish our home. The bed mattress was smaller than the bed. There were 3 inches of space on the sides of the mattress. My point is, this was not what we saw in the showroom when we chose to purchase the bed. Living space refused to change the mattress, saying that is how their beds are. This was the first time purchasing from Living Space and we had a bad experience after about four months of investigations with emails to and fro, nothing was done to resolve the sutuation. Very disappointing...

STAY AWAY! Horrible customer service rep Justin. They delivered the wrong couch. I reached out while it was still in packaging, customer service rep acknowledged the mistake and apologized said it would take around 4 months to replace with the one i ordered. Said in the meantime we can use this. I then call back later to see if shipping status updated and they said no but apologized again and offered a $100 gift card. Then a week later a rep at the phoenix AZ location named Justin called and said they are not replacing. Said he has proof via email i ordered this couch they delivered. I knew this was a lie and asked him to forward me the emails hes claiming to have. He put me on a long hold then sent me two purchase orders. Once correct one which has my signature at the bottom and clearly shows the correct couch and a completely different one with the incorrect couch that DOESN'T have my signature. When i pointed out this was proof that they sent the wrong couch as the one they sent does not have my signature he said it doesn't matter they're not replacing. I then asked where the emails were he claimed to have that showed i approved this couch. He then admitted he didn't have anything to prove it. And yet he still says he won't replace it with the correct one.

So as a consumer, I was willing to wait the 122 days that it took to manufacture our new sofa from Living Spaces. The order update process was non-existent and any inquiries were left unanswered both at the store level as well as their Customer Service Department.
Finally, that exciting day arrives that we get notice of a pending delivery by some jive@$$ 3rd party vendor (XPO Direct) and our "window" of delivery times were set. (Not honored... but set)

Dragged through the snow, salt and Wolverine's talons, this is what we received... Now, we are forced to work through their "warranty department" as LS (Living Spaces)
Lucky for us, they are quoting 160+ days for a new sofa or 10% off of this flaming bag of $hit that they dumped in our livingroom... Conflict resolution gone way wrong so our advice to anyone? BUY LOCAL, SMALL BOX so you can look them in the eyes vs. taking it up the tailpipe like we are

The only time they will be nice to you, is when you pay. Moving forward, they will change their attitude, and you will not get fair service from them.
Bad customer service and awful attitude from the supervisor.
I was charged unfair fees of $300 for a furniture, which wasn't even delivered.

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a couch from Living Spaces in July. By December the material was pilling terrible. Called the company and they claim it's "normal" wear and is not covered by their "warranty". I have had several couches in my life and none of them have looked like this. This is either defective fabric or fabric not made for upholstery. Either way, they don't care and don't cover it once it leaves their store. The extended warranty is a joke. They won't cover it either because it's still under store warranty. Don't purchase furniture from this store if you want it to last!

This store has no problem with doing fraud and the sad part is they even encouraging and supporting their employees to continue doing it, after weeks of waiting for the delivery, my coffee table finally arrived, the delivery guys dropped it of and took few pictures of the box and on their way to the front door, I asked let me please check it before you leave, the respond was we only deliver, if it was any problem contact the store and they were just gone, I opened the box and the product was heavily damaged, right after that I receive an email stating that I have received the product the a receipt was attached with my signature on it. Their delivery crew has impersonated me and forged my signature on the delivery document and they are so care less they even have emailed it to me, I did drive 45 minutes their store in San Leandro Ca, and explained everything, when I told their manager about the forging signature is a fraud and is felony they didn't seem to care at all, I just this is part of their business, I showed the pictures of my coffee and they said I can bring it back and get the floor model, however in order for me to be able to return it if I changed my mind I should not get any discount. I said that's alright, I signed a purchase agreement with NO discount and again they gave me a copy, next day when I contacted the costumer service to see if I can change this table they told me since I purchased the floor model with discount I can't change it, I told them that impossible and they said they have my purchase contract, I ask for them to email it to me and after receiving it its a contract with NO signature plus they have added few dollar discount so I can't return it. Unbelievable. I am planning to take legal action, impersonating, forging signature is a felony and they need to be stopped. New for old

I recently bought New recliners, expecting for them to be New.
What I received was a very wrinklich recliners. I though it was because on the packaging, waited for 2 weeks and it got worse, very loosen fabric and moths traces.
Their technician did not mention this problems and they closed the claim.
Waiting for a refund from this dishonest store.
I won't recommend this expensive store to anybody.

The. Worst.
December 18, 2021

Infuriating experience. I purchased a chair and a couch in August, and was promised an October delivery date. Understandable considering supply chain issues. In October I follow up and I'm informed it won't be in until November. Then December. December first I am promised my delivery. I plan to work from home, and get a text at 0530 that my delivery window is between 16:00 and 20:00 on a Friday. At 19:00 I still hadn't gotten a call, and notice the tracking says no one was home, undeliverable. I never got a call and never left my home. I can only assume the delivery drivers didn't want to work until 20:00 on a Friday. I called XPO 3 times and got hung up on. A few days later, I get a reschedule. I work from home again. They come in the morning, and deliver the chair, but not the couch. The delivery driver says oh I have the paperwork but didn't get the couch loaded. Recommends I call XPO. I call XPO, they say I have to call Living Spaces. Living spaces says XPO will call me. A week later I have called and called and called. I get transferred to no one, hung up on, get told someone will follow up. No follow up. No answers. No response to emails. The "National" team who is supposed to help has a recording saying you're calling outside of hours allll day. Today I call and beg for a refund and they refuse, so now I've filed a claim with my credit card company. Run. Run fast. I can only hope they pay their customer service reps 6 figures for the blocking and tackling they do along with dealing with frustrated people like me.
