I have been waiting over two months for a refund for a sectional I returned. I have been given the run-around from customer service and have called multiple times to get this straightened out and still have not been refunded. Please save your time and money and do not order from here.
We purchased a leather sofa and paid $3,0000 one year ago, the leather is completely coming apart. We went there and were told the warranty expired one week ago and they cannot help us. We are now stuck with this horrible sofa. We should have known, if you need to buy an extended warranty, don't buy the product, they're already telling you it's not good quality. I cannot believe they will not stand behind their product. We will never shop Living Spaces again. We furnished most of our home through them, not a small purchase. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP LIVING SPACES< THEIR HORRIBLE!
It should be zero stars! Ordered a chair by Magnolia Homes on May 29. They said delivery would be in August. They rescheduled the delivery day three times. Item finally arrived Sept 2. The product description of the chair listed all materials as solid hardwood. The chair base and back were wood but the legs were plastic! I've never seen anything like this. Now I'm trying to return and of course they do NOT make this easy! There is no direct link to start a return, only choice is to call and of course I can't get anyone to actually answer. Oh, and they only give you 7 days to return. False advertising! Sketchy returns! Non existent customer service! Save yourself the hassle and stay away from Living Spaces!

We have ordered furniture from Living Spaces in the past without problems BUT this had been the worst! We ordered our living room furniture for our new home in early June and it was supposed to be delivered in late June. It is now late August! There had been delay after delay. Do NOT order furniture in one order…if you are ordering, use separate order numbers. They cannot deliver furniture; even if you've ordered 20 pieces, if even one piece is not in the correct box for the carrier even though the rest is ready for delivery! We have been living in a new home without furniture because they refuse to deliver the order unless the entire order is there…. Even though the missing piece is insignificant!
I am super disappointed in what was our favorite furniture store!

I am unable to put zero stars, so i will rate one star. I ordered a sofa from living spaces ( I have purchased several things from them while living in arizona) and while they had no problem taking my $950.00, they knowingly put my sofa on their delivery truck, a company called XPO (with a bbb rating of D- and over 1300 active complaints). After countless numbers of phone call to both living spaces and xpo, countless lies told to me by both companies, countless hours of stress, wasted energy, absolutely nothing has been done by either company. To make matters worse, i was just told that xpo lost my sofa. WTH! What kind of delivery truck loses merchandise? Living spaces also told me that they are fully aware of the problems w this company, yet they continue to use them, despite constant issues for their customer who pay a lot of money for their furniture. When I told living spaces that this happened, they basically said, "oh well" and essentially, tough luck. I have never experienced such horrific customer service. Once living spaces takes your money, they could care less about what happens. Do not waste your money. The aggravation and the headaches will not be worth it. There is far nicer furniture and definitely far better customer service available at many furniture stores. And DEFINITELY NEVER ORDER ANYTHING THAT YOU CANT TAKE HOME WITH YOU.
UPDATE: TODAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM LIVING SPACES STATING THAT THEY WERE NOTIFIED THAT XPO FOUND MY SOFA AND I COULD SCHEDULE MY DELIVERY... TURNS OUT, LIVING SPACES WAS TOTALLY LYING. I HAD XPO ON A CONFERENCE CALL WITH THEM WHO STATED THAT THEY NEVER NOTIFIED LIVING SPACES OF THIS. THIS COMPANY JUST KEEPS GOING FURTHER AND FURTHER INTO THE GUTTER.
They do not accept any returns or exchanges after 7 days. This is one of the most strict return policies I have seen. It also takes days to receive a response from customer service.
Would not recommend purchasing from here.
I bought a leather couch made up of four electronic reclining theater like seating. The sample I sat on in Living Spaces showroom was a lot different that merchandise I received. I spent almost $4000 on a couch I can't sit on. This is a deceptive way of doing business. You can't have repeat customers if this is pattern of practice for sales in your stores.
Worst experience EVER! They sold the first couch I paid in full for, the second couch was delivered to the wrong house then damaged before I got it, then during delivery the damaged my front door badly. NO INSURANCE FOR THE DELIVERY DAMAGE! Cheap flea market quality! Go elsewhere or just do without. This review could go on more if there was space, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD!
If I can leave a 0 star I would. The amount of miss communication of this company with their customers is so horrific. Long story short, I ordered a couch in stores in June, said I was to receive it In July… July comes I have not received any email or any update on my order. So I call and now they told me early august. August comes… still not update from living spaces. I call, the lady has no idea what's up with my order, she puts a "ticket" and says I will receive a call in the next 42 hours… NOBODY CALLS. I let a week go by, I call again today and he told me I won't receive it until OCTOBER! If I knew this from the start I wouldn't even have ordered it. So I asked for a refund to cancel my order… NOW THEY WANNA TAKE 25% away from my purchase… which I was never told when I brought the couch. A couch I have not received. No updates. No nothing and they wanna take 25% off from my purchase. What type of customer service is this… my order being delayed by months and months and now taking away 25% from my order because I no longer want it due to the horrible miscommunication with my order and delays… I'm over it.
Never do anything about warranty. Don't allow returns. Never answer phone calls. I brought this bed and it was around $1K, they upscale me a warranty but wouldn't warranty it. I used it only 2-4 times and the mechanics of it don't work they make you make an online submission and deny everything. They don't even answer your questions about it. Don't buy their warranty, they said it is through 3rd party. No control over it. Other than that, it is fine.
Charlie new manger on Bell Road is not a good employee I am African American and I have a living spaces credit card he told me and my family we was trying to steal I own a business and have more money he will ever have and he told us he was calling the police and wanted us to leave he should not be working at that store or any store I feel like I was racially profiled for my color and my lawyers will be sending out a letter to living spaces to start a lawsuit
Do NOT order from this company! The chairs I ordered did not work out and they charged me a restocking fee PLUS a delivery pick up fee totaling 20% of my order price. Terrible customer service! Beware! I was a first and LAST customer!
I am beyond frustrated with this entire company and their shipping (XPO). I ordered my Dean Sand Eastern King Bed Frame on June 6th, with the expected delivery date between 7/26-8/3. It is now 8/3 and no one can tell me where my bed is and how long it will take me to receive it. I received my tracking number on 6/30 so obviously I'm assuming that i will be getting but the website is never updated and when i inquire everyone says it's in transit but know one knows where. I wish I was leaving a review on the quality of the bed BUT who knows when I'll actually be receiving it. If you want more accurate reviews check google and other sites, what i wish i would've done before ordering.
Ordered a bedroom suit that was supposed to be in stock and now almost 2 month later still getting the run around about the chest. This was to be delivered on July 2. They told us the chest was delayed until the middle of July, then they told me the end of July, and now they have no idea when it will be in!
The items that we never ordered were added to order. The order was in sales person laptop and we just signed it without checking. When we realized that there are duble sofas and double tables - they just refused to return money back and charged 25% cancellation fee.
Also, they didn't inform about waiting time more than 1 month.
They are great in store but any issues after are a nightmare to resolve. They have scheduled my delivery twice and were a no show twice. They do not contact you, they do not care. Getting ahold of someone to resolve concerns is impossible. Still waiting on my table bc I can't get ahold of anyone to see if they will actually deliver what I paid for. Absurb all around.
Ordered a couch and love set over a month a go just got the love set because the made they mad the wrong love set when the couch was delivered now I still waiting on the pillow they sent that were the wrong color. They have a great sales team and the worst customer service I have ever delt with
I recently purchased a sectional couch from Living Spaces and it was an amazing experience. They have a wide variety of styles and colors and the pricing is reasonable especially for a sectional. Our couch is stylish and so comfortable and only took a month to get to us. I would highly recommend Living Spaces for your furniture needs!
I purchased a bedroom set to be delivered, I was given a delivery date and time (a large window for the delivery time), the delivery driver called to tell me he was having problems locating me in the apartment complex. The driver who could speak very little English was difficult to understand and I told him I would go outside and watch for him. I waited outside for 15-20 min in 102-degree heat, and I received another call from the delivery driver advising me that he was here, I could not see him and advised so. Based on his information, he was at another apartment complex. I noticed one of the maintenance men on property and asked if he could speak Spanish, he did and attempted to direct the driver to my location - this did not work, as he could not get the delivery driver to understand. The driver was then asked to stay where he was, and I would go find him. I did locate him, and he followed me 2-3 blocks back to my apartment. I did confirm that entering my address into Waze took me right to my building. Once the bedroom set was unloaded and, in the apartment, it was determined that they were missing several bolts and could not assemble the bed. The only option they offered me was to send someone out between 6 pm and 12 midnight with bolts and assemble the bed. I asked for a shorter delivery window, and they said that they could not provide one. I told them to come pick up the bedroom set and return it. I would purchase from another company who cares about their customers. Please note all of the BAD reviews posted about this company. You should not purchase anything from them.
