Huge issue after I bought sofa in Frisco Texas. Not until I got delivery have some shady business practices come to light. Living Spaces farms out FGO Ligistics to deliver but they use Need it Now Delivery. Sent shady guys who spoke not a lick of English broke items on wall and tile floor. Threw sofa out back of truck. Damaged corners. Do not assume Living Spaces delivers they don't. Ask beforehand to make sure - you don't know if you are safe in your home. Shady company

Cheap furniture

Gross. I will never order from this company again. The couch pillows dont have enough stuffing in them they are all wrinkled. The recliner I got started to sag and wrinkle. The worst money I ever spent. They should go out of business. I will never order from them again worst 3,000 dollars I ever spent. Don't buy form this company. You will reget it.

Avoid this company

Purchased bunk beds. Installers were unable to assemble because hardware was missing. They left to get parts said they would return shortly. They did not return. In meantime, we inspected beds and noticed scratches and broken boards. Also noticed packaging had been opened and resealed. It was apparent beds had been sold, returned and re-sold to us. That's why parts were missing and packaging had been opened and resealed. We called to return beds and get a refund of the purchase price. Customer service rep argued we should simply exchange for new beds. Based on the bad service and inferior product, we asked for refund. Company came by and picked up beds, but charged a fee for pickup. To this date, we have not received our refund. Avoid this company at all cost!

Horrible customer service. Delivery company is a joke. Buyer BEWARE. Furniture delivered broken and still missing accent pillows almost a month later.

Customer service is not helpful and very difficult to communicate with. The showroom floor is awesome but the follow through and customer service are horrible. Stick with better known companies.

I know we all know that customer service as we knew it 20 years ago is dead, but to have witnessed being completely tortured and killed today at Living Spaces made me really sad.
If you are out and about to buy furniture at the store in Vista, CA beware of his "manager" Gel and his cashier Thomas.
The passive aggressive behavior of those two individuals is off the charts!
5 years ago, we made a small purchase of $ 3,000 for 2 bookcases, and the sales person sold us the "extended warranty" and what convinced us to buy it, was that we were told: "if you don't use it for 5 years it will be like "free" money to come spend here for more stuff!"
We decided to buy it, since the same deal was offered to us at Macy's and we thought it was a "win-win".
Well, 5 years have just passed, we came to the store to spend "our free money" to find out that actually you have to spend double amount of the certificate you originally purchased!
REALLY?
Then it is NOT Free money since i have to add half of my REAL money to the value of the certificate...
Cindy Lou, the nicest salesperson ever, understanding our surprise, took us to the cashier, Thomas, and told us that he was going to make some magic happen to take advantage of the deal.
Well Thomas did not work the magic Cindy expected, as he was was not going to help us, and most outrageous was his expression of "i don't care about you, as i am paid to sit here till my day is over!" kinda of expression.
We then called Cindy Lou, who was outrageous about Thomas behavior, so called the manager of the day: GEL...
Then we understood who must have trained Thomas, since he didn't even listen to Cindy and dismissed us with: "I AM THE MANAGER SO I AM THE BOSS HERE, AND I DON'T CARE TO HELP YOU, NEITHER IN MAKING A SALE FOR THE STORE!"
"SO LEAVE AND DON'T EVER COME BACK!"
Really surprised to that kind of behavior, since a manager should FAKE that he cares, and FAKE that he will try to do something for you...
WOW! What a great experience

Living Spaces doesn't stand behind products!

Purchased an ottoman in March. In May, I noticed the fabric was fraying out at the corners on the welt cord. Reached out to the store, I Received an email back saying they would do nothing because I didn't purchase the care warranty, & because I had, had it for too long. Maybe I am crazy, but I expected a $600 ottoman to look good for more than 2 months. I have two other ottomans in my home still looking good after 8+ years. Very disappointing, will not shop there again, Living Spaces will not stand behind there products. Buyer beware!

Scammmers! They can't deliver what they say. They tell you they no longer have the product you ordered and then try to sell you something else. Delivery your told a few days, then you get an email that says it will take a month. They make you wait days for your refund. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I don't have photos of my purchase because they delivered NOTHING for my $$ which that are keeping for a few days at least.

The quality of the furniture is alright, but if you have any issues, they will not do anything to make you happy (even if the issue is their fault!). I would just steer clear and purchase from somewhere that actually cares about their customers.

Buyer Beware

At the time of purchase, we were told that if we did not use the warranty after 5 years, we would receive the money back. We now learned not only we would only be receiving the refund as a store credit but we will have to make a purchase for double the amount in order to use the credit! No where is this noted within the materials provided when purchased.

Their screw up and you get to pay the price

At the end of May I had ordered 2 outdoor chairs and a end table which was supposed to be delivered June 2, come June 2 I get one chair and the rest of the stuff is on backorder until the end of July. After hours spent on the the phone with the call center in Mexico trying to get someone to understand why i wanted to cancel. After numerous hours and frustration finally got a lady on the phone in the States who understood and got approval from her manager to not charge me anything and give me a full refund. Well the pickup which originally was supposed to happen on June 11 but nobody came to pickup until the 13th.
Today I called because I only received part of my refund then was advised that I was charged a $59 pickup fee for their mistake because the chair was already at my house. Even though i had alread received a refund receipt originally for the full amount. I called once again, tried speaking to a manager and got nothing. I will never ever purchase another item from this company and its very upsetting this is how they treat their clients while most of our house furniture was purchased from them. Unbelievable. Shame on you - Refund Receipt was $303.45 - Money Refunded $244.45

Disreputable, Unorganized Company

DO NOT BUY form this ridiculous establishment! I went into their store on President's day weekend looking for sofa options. A Salesperson, "Ronnie," quickly accosted me and offered to "help." Before I knew it, I had purchased a sectional and two chairs. He promised me that the sectional (because I chose a custom fabric) would arrive in two weeks and the chairs would be to me the next day. The chairs arrived the next day. Since February 18, I have received 3 emails from the company letting me know that my sofa was delayed...no explanation. When I asked for a reason they told me they would have "special orders" reach out to me directly, which never happened. So now...mid June...after 30 something emails and relentless phone calls on my part, they tell me that the fabric of the "toss pillow" that I chose is on backorder. I don't even remember the fabric that I chose for the pillows and could care less. I was going to cover them anyway! They won't let me change the order. I would have to cancel and start again. This is completely unacceptable. I cancelled the order and I will NEVER set foot in this cheap, disreputable pit of a store again!

I recently purchased a nightstand from the Drew and Jonathan Collection at Living Spaces. However, my experience left much to be desired. Immediately upon delivery, I noticed an unpleasant odor emanating from the item. Despite following Living Spaces' advice to air it out for several weeks, the smell unfortunately remained.

When I reached out for help, the warranty had just expired by a few days. They suggested I call the third-party extended warranty company. However, they redirected me back to Living Spaces, as the issue was present since delivery.

Upon contacting Living Spaces once again, I was disappointed to find they declined to provide any assistance or resolution. Now, I am stuck with a nightstand that reeks and no support from the store.

The poor quality of this item and lack of customer service from Living Spaces has certainly tainted (in the truest sense of the word) my perception of the Drew and Jonathan Collection. I would caution potential customers to be wary of their purchases, especially from this particular collection. If the quality and customer service I received is indicative of the overall brand, then Drew and Jonathan might be ashamed to be associated with such a disappointing experience.

Spoke with a rep who was not very helpful and placed me on hold for more than two hours please review the picture. Told him I was disability and it was hard to hit buttons. The time was longer

We Ordered a sectional that looked decent in the showroom and received the first and second replacement defective with bent frame and a hole in the fabric.we started in February and had to wait 6 weeks before each "special order".we are now spending our weekend looking for a replacement

We made the mistake of ordering on line. Spend about 700 on a bed frame. Wasn't delivered on time, box was extremely damaged some scratches small tear on the frame, but it wasn't anything super noticeable since it was or is all fabric. All the pieces were supposed to be inside of the headboard. And guess what it was missing all of the hardware we double triple check the box that it came in. We double tripled and checked the headboard. It came in. We looked everywhere. There was no hardware. So then we immediately called the customer service number and they told us to call the number. Of the people that manufactured our bed. Then then that number didn't work so we called customer service back for living spaces. We were on hold passed around finally got a hold of somebody and they said that they couldn't return the bed. And what they could do was give us a gift card for I think it was $40. They couldn't give us new hardware which is what we needed so we went up to the living spaces in town. That's in Grand Prairie and and they made it seem like that it was in there and we just didn't look hard enough and we were like we did we looked everywhere triple double checked everything and the hardware was nowhere in there, so what they did is went back to their so they went back to the warehouse and got little bits and pieces of things that might fit. And that was it. We did call customer service one more time and asked him if they could send us hardware because not everything is that the warehouse gave us fit so they told her they would get back to us in one business day nobody has called us back and it's been less than a year in the bed has already fallen apart because we didn't have the correct hardware to correctly put it together. We will never be buying here again. Customer service was terrible in store online and in like on the chat and over the phone so I don't recommend anybody buy furniture here it's terrible. Unfortunately it has been a little under a year may be 10 months since we had the bed so I don't have to pay. I don't have pictures of the original box that we got stuff in so I can offer that I'm sorry.

THE WARRANTY IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER THAT IT IS WRITTEN ON. WHAT A JOKE. JUST TRY TO PUT IN A CLAIM AND SEE HOW QUICKLY THEY FIND AN EXCUSE TO NOT COVER YOU, EVEN WHEN IT IS A FACTORY DEFECT.

Customer service is non-existent. I ordered a sectional a month ago and it was to be delivered today. I got a call from the shipping company telling me that part of the sectional was damaged and they can deliver part of it. The shipping company was friendly and mistakes happen. I contacted Living Spaces to let them know that I was concerned that I would not have the same dye lot on the other half of the couch and this was concerning to me. The lady I spoke with was of no help. It sounded like she was reading off a script and not answering any of my questions. She also would talk over me and never really hear what my concern was. I asked to speak to a manager or somebody else that could help and she told me there are no managers that would talk to me. At this point she said there was nothing that she could do for me and told me that she was going to hang up. And that she did. I contacted them through messaging and still got no help and no answers or resolved to my problem. They told me that a manager should contact me in 24 hours or more. I feel this was a simple problem that could have easily been resolved with customer service. Problem is there is no customer service. So now I am in limbo with no couch and no refund.

The shipping company was 2 weeks late even scheduling my delivery. Then they changed the date and moved it out another two weeks. Then when I finally scheduled a date, I had a last-minute conflict (since their delivery window was so big) and I asked them to wave the delivery signature and switch to Outdoor Drop off. Nope. Nope and nope.

I checked back on my email instructions to find this: "If no authorized adult is present during your scheduled delivery window, your delivery may automatically be changed to Outdoor Drop Off by LIVING SPACES (or if LIVING SPACES does not change your delivery to Outdoor Drop Off, you will be charged a delivery fee to reschedule)."

A fee to reschedule after they rescheduled me twice! Are you kidding me?!?! Then I called and they said if I missed the delivery and didn't reschedule they would charge me a restocking fee.

There are way too many furniture shopping options to deal with delays, fees and delivery problems of this sort. Their furniture is not THAT special.

Ordered a dresser, they delivered, a couple hours later as we are putting the legs on the dresser we realized the holes did not lineup, called customer service they said someone would schedule a call to come look at and see if it can be fixed or replaced, 72 hrs they said!
72 hrs later they do call back to say a third party reps company will come out in 8 days to check item. I do not want the dresser. If I have it shipped back I have to pay for shipping.
Horrible service. FYI, when they deliver, make them wait while you check every inch of the item you ordered. It's a nightmare to send back

Company is ridiculous- slapped with hidden fees after ordering a couch that ended up not fitting in the apartment. The movers did not even try to make it fit when the service was paid for to have them bring the couch in. Crazy fees to have it removed and refunded- i have no words, so unethical
