These guys are horrible! They keep taking my money and I couldn't find a phone number to call until I got on my E-mail confirming I had cancelled my "membership" that I hadn't signed up for. Then, I called and they said they'd refund me, which they did, but then went right back to taking my money! I'm a college student, I was out of loads of money and they keep taking it! I'll probably have to cancel my credit card so they'll stop taking so much.

This site was such a great help in making my resume. I really didn't know where or how to start writing one but this site had so many great examples that I could just insert directly into my resume to help me figure out what I wanted to say for each section. The price is totally worth it too! Less than $5 and I was able to make a professional resume that really highlighted my skills. I just canceled within the 7 days so I didn't get any additional charges.
FYI on how to cancel your subscription: Just go to your account settings in the top right corner where it says My Account then My Settings... then click on subscription then there is a link to cancel that takes you to a page where you just click a button to cancel. Done! I got an email confirmation right after I did it and I never got charged again.
I've signed up for quite a few "subscription" type things, they are usually legit you just have to remember to CANCEL or it will renew. Like the Amazon Prime trial, or freecreditscore.com - just cancel and they won't charge you again. It's pretty funny how these types of subscription deals have been around for so long and people STILL don't know how they work? It's the 21st century people, get with the program!

Did a resume for my wife like others said ended up paying for it! Then the real shocker
They withdrew 34.95 from my checking account and it said it was recurring. I called them immediately they supposedly canceled my account but not giving my money back. This company is a rip-off. Wished I would of found this site and the reviews before I got messed up with them!

It advertises that it is free until you go thru and do a great resume and then bam! You have to pay in order to print it. And then they charge you $35 per month on your credit card until you call and cancel. STAY AWAY!

Fraud... be ware... do pay them anything or you will be charged without notice 35 bucks per month. I never even signed up for their site. I only paid one time fee to look at one template then I was charged from them on... I'm so angry at this site. Do not use this site. Not only is the formatting bad on the resume but even though I cancelled they continue to charge my account. I never received any kind of confirmation that I signed up for the monthly service. It gave the option for the one week service which I checked and agreed for my credit card statement to be charged. Never agreed to the monthly service. It seems they make their money by scamming consumers and not providing a decent resume service.

I too fell victim to this site and their service. Please read the fine print carefully on their account creation page; you will be charged the $34.95 on the "8th day" after paying the $3.95; not the 8th of the month following payment of the $3.95! This company is practicing very deceptive business, and still getting away with it.

Answer: This is what the site advertised: For 14 day access, $14.95, and for a year $39.80. However, signing up for ANY service aloows the site to store your payment information for further billing, and getting in touch with them, much less obtaining help is nigh impossible. After two weeks they will pull $39.80 MONTHLY from your payment method (please see my review and others on Google and yelp for further verification of this).

Answer: I had to cancel my Debit Card account with Bank of America, because the Bank refused to block LiveCareer from my account. I wonder if they are in cahoots or what? I believe a class action suit may be required so we can get our funds back.
Answer: Call your bank and change your card number Call them and let them know you have contacted your bank and will contact the better business bureau of you don't get a full refund. Then contact the better bBB and file a formal complaint. You will have a refund within a week. That's how I got my money back
