I wish I read this site before placing an order of $570+ for a coffee table with Litfad. It came in extremely poor packaging with broken woods and nails sticking out. It was literally dangerous to move into the house and unpack, with broken woods and nails sticking out. The stone table top has a big crack across, there were scratches on all the legs, the hinges are all bent. It was in such a poor condition that they are dangerous to put up and assemble, not to mention that they used sticky taps to wrap the entire table and the glue stay on the table top and underneath. When I contacted their customer service for a refund, sending them all the proof of defects, they said what can offer is we keep the table and get a 10% refund! WFT?! They said they locate in Fosun China, its gonna be costly and time consuming to return. They said I also had to bear all shipping cost involved which I found ridiculous when they sent a broken table to a customer who needs to be responsible. Now I have an headache just to get rid of the trashy table as I can't return, dont get the refund and need to trash it. This is indeed the worse shopping experience of all. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH LITFAD. Stay away from Chinese buyers (where they call themselves the world factory)!
I agree with the previous reviewers that Lidfad Chinese company is a scam. Their deceitful practice has no place in USA.
I purchased 4 bar stools and paid using Paypal. I was lied that my purchase was sent via Fedex and would arrive in a few days

Supposedly send it via Chinese shipping company to use their cancellation clause as an excuse not to reimburse my money. They used, a very cheap shot, a Chinese virus () as an excuse for delay and should be lucky to see this merchandise in 9 weeks.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DECEITFUL ENTITY. Maybe this kind of dark business is acceptable in China, but it should be banned in USA.
Tried to scam me. Sent me damaged and pieces that didn't match to assemble bar stools. You have to return to China and that would cost $1241. 00. Criminal company. Don't buy from them!
This site is a scam, items are coming from China. They aren't wired for US or whatever country you are shipping it to. They frustrate you with their attempt at customer support which doesn't exist and I believe is their intention, as they know their product won't work in your country already. This is 100% a scam. They know you can't use this items, they look fine upon arrival and thats what they will argue/they sent you the correct item. I want my money back! SCAM
I purchased a labeled world map mural and was super excited. When the items came they were of the poorest quality. All of the labeling of the world was blurry and smeared so that nothing is even recognizable. They don't care that the quality is so poor that this is unable to be hung on the wall, they only care that the item was delivered. I have never purchased from China before, but will never do it again. I will go without. I would rate a zero if it was an option.
Buy cheap, get BROKEN. Yes, they send me damaged furniture. I ordered set of 4 dining chars. The chairs arrived after months, the box barely intact, with the chair legs crooked, dented, and scratched.
On top of that, the quality is just awful. The fabric on the chairs is cheap and looks like it was stitched together as part of a home ec project. Plus, there were no guidelines on how to assemble the chairs.
I emailed their support, asking to return the chairs, and they told me I'd have have to pay hundreds to ship them back to China. And they refuse to refund me at all. I spent about $600 for damaged, useless merchandise. I am so frustrated and angry over the money and time I lost.
They make crappy furniture and don't honor their return policy. Their website say 60 day return policy and they still would not accept any returns.
Stay away at all costs. Cheap, falling apart junk. I spent $246 on three ceiling lights. They literally had cracks and burn marks, yet the company refused to refund any more than $35 of my purchase price. Do not throw your money away.
This company is produces a very poor quality product at high price. My purchase took over a month to arrive and arrived damaged. Company customer service responds with same answers all the time. Buy beware if purchasing from Litfad you are wasting your money.
Read the policies for return, then find out they ship over the water with no tracking, then check the prices, you'll go elsewhere
Despite I ordered a new item, it arrived with minor scratches, bent, no instruction paper.
Plus they shipped me a wrong model (different voltage lighting).
I knew it was safe to install, but light was very dark due to lower voltage in this country.
Emailed back and forth 10 times. One good thing is that they have quick customer support.
They are selling garbage and get so many complaints all over the world.
Though my light had so many issues, I didn't want to waste time for return as their shipping is very slow.
(I spent $200 for shipping alone btw)
Asked for some fix or assistance on resolving voltage/brightness problem.
As expected, they kept avoiding the problem and ended up saying that it is broadband voltage.
Of course I sent them the proof of picture that it wasn't. They're simply trying to avoid the issue.
Another week passed and now my light flickered crazy like a night club.
Hundreds of dollars worth LED light just died in 3 weeks. Any $5 LED bulb can last years. WOW!
Emailed them again and sent video. Finally they decided to send me a small 'LED driver'.
Received it, cut all the inside wires and connected each color line to LED driver. I had to fix all myself.
Cleaned some darkened / burnt areas from 3 weeks of use.
Lighting is currently 'brighter' (not bright enough) and usable,
But a bit concerned about safety as they don't have ANY safety certificates.
I just hope they later dies silently, not start a fire.
The only reason I bought from Litfad was the design.
Similar designs from other places were quite expensive.
Probably copied the design which 'they' usually do and sell it cheaper.
My fault to try this company. I knew about their unbelievable reputation from searches.
Had to experience to learn. My bad. Please don't try it yourself.
This company sells NON UL CERTIFIED products and sends them to the US illegally then refuses to give your money back and sends you suspicious paperwork that says they are UL certified but won't send you one as a replacement that is UL certified. And when you want to return it for this very same reason. THEY give you back 10% of your purchase price and you also need to pay for shipping back to CHINA to receive it. Our LICENSED ELECTRICIAN REFUSED to put up there light fixture for the very reasons mentioned above. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THEY DO NOT DERSEVE TO DO BUSINESS IN THE US. And they don't behave like a US COMPANY EITHER - when something like the above mentioned comes up. They are crooks and thieves. HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS!
Do not buy. They sell damaged, electrically faulty items and will not refund you. Buyer beware… they are absolutely the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to be sucked in by.
Please be aware before buying any item on this website. Its a spin off website with complete ownership and customer services in China and no issue will get resolved.
The item I ordered is a carpet and it looked like a premium product on the images but when recieved it was a very cheap poor quality product.
I thought will be able to send it back and claim full refund but the refund policy is completly bonkers and begs belief that they are allowed to trade in UK without giving a no frills 14 days return policy! (that is NOT present on this website!)
Overall stay away and shop some where else!
The ceiling light they sent was radically different what's shown in the picture, took more than 1 month to arrive (from China) and when I tried to return they made all the excuses and offered me 5% of purchase price! Ridiculous!
I ordered a $900 lamp shade and the box came broken and crumbled. The shade was completely ruined. They want me to pay for return before offering a refund.
We ordered a wooden light two weeks ago and although it came within 10 days, the light is not well made, it isn't even wired for globe sockets. There are paint marks on the top and its terrible quality. Stay clear as you can from these people. It's not what you see online.
Original order was placed on 26th November 21. We contacted Litfad on 20th January to learn that our order had been shipped by sea and would take a couple of months to arrive. On the 24th February our lights finally arrived. Unfortunately one of these was faulty. Having contacted Litfad to advise them of this. They agreed to despatch a replacement. I then asked them to ship this by Air or expedited post, which I would bare the costs of. Litfad agreed to this and advised that the replacement light had been shipped by Air at no charge. Later I was to learn that Litfad had lied and this replacement item had been shipped by sea. Again. It is now the 5th May and I have still yet to receive the replacement light. My advice would be never ever use this company.
Item faulty after just 21 days of operation. Customer support demanding video footage of fault as evidence, but variously claiming to be unable to open an mp4 file or to see both audio and video. Stuck for four hours in roundabout of resending mp4 videos which their codecs can't open. They will not escalate to a manager. They admitted the item is faulty but despite this will only refund it to them. There is no further recourse. I've spent $600 on an item which is faulty (and also NOT UP TO AUSTRALIAN ELECTRICAL CODE). STAY AWAY!
We purchased a light/fan for $350. The quality is so poor we are afraid to put it up as it is doubtful the wiring is up to code. They refuse to refund us but rather offer us a low discount to keep their junk or alternatively want us to pay to ship it back to China (which we had no idea that was the base of the company) and want us to pay for them shipping it to us. 100% scam. Their website look legit but they are selling nothing but junk.
Answer: Litfad is a scam company. Their website products are 3-D images. The intention is to deceive customer. Their return policy is designed to force the product on customers. Imagine the cost of shipping a bucky product to China, which is more expensive than the product cost.
