Ordered 2 pendant lights, received one which is basically a piece of metal accompanied by a few plastic heads. No lightbulbs, no way it will ever function as a light. Other item never received. Have been robbed of640 Euros!

WARNING - WARNING - Do not order from Litfad... I placed an order over 2 months ago and my item has not even shipped. There has been nothing done to accommodate me for all the delays. There should have been some type of notice prior to ordering indicating a tentative ETA, but that was not done. It was only after waiting at least a month that I learned my item would not arrive within a reasonable amount of time. I don't even know if the item will look as expected. I will NEVER order from this company and caution anyone else to be weary of this company as well.

I would place 0 star if I could. 4 months for a parcel damaged delivery and still waiting. Stay away and do yourself a favor. Their quality is bad and they keep promising but not delivering. Their website claims 130 days delivery and I did purchase the extra warranty but they are avoiding any claims. Still waiting and paying for my mistake.
This is a scam. No product was shipped. No phone numbers. Chat will tell you to $#*! off. Just had an $800 lesson.
Absolutely the worst company, do not buy from here. It's a scam, the quality is cheap, getting a refund seems almost impossible. Do not waste your time, you're better off spending a little more but from a legitimate place. How are they still in business is beyond me.

I PURCHASED AN OFFICE CHAIR AND THEY SENT ME A DEFECTIVE ONE FOUR MONTHS LATER FROM CHINA THEN THEY TRIED TO BLACKMAIL ME WHEN I NEEDED A PART THAT BROKE DEMANDING THEY WOULD NOT SEND IT UNLESS I GAVE THEM POSITIVE FEEDBACK.
I placed an order for 485€ in August 2022, I never received the products, each time I raise, the answer is automatic given by a robot.
I see that this company based in China, we have no way to sue.
You must avoid this site which is a prepared arch!

I ordered a desk in august, it is now nearly December and I still don't have it!
I must've sent a hundred emails back and forth, always different excuses and pathetic email responses. They are now telling me to chase DPD for them.
This is a total rip off site that I believe is a thinly veiled money laundering scam.
I should have read the other reviews. They briefly managed to get me to remove my review with promise of refund and the desk in 7 days, that was weeks ago. So my review is back where it should be.
Trust me, do not waste your time and money on these scum
EDIT 28/11 after leaving bad review, they contacted me and offered me £20 or 15% voucher, I accepted the £20 and they now refuse to send it until I leave a 3-5 star FAKE review. I refused and so they refused the gesture.
Any positive review on here is likely bought by them! Absolutely disgusting "service", and I still have no item and they are now turning argumentative as though I am being unreasonable
Please Don't order anything from this website,they gave me so much of a run around about a rug I purchased and it was not good quality and it was faded in some spots and it is a bad quality of a rug, it looks like thin door mat and it was overpriced! Customer service is a joke,they tried to offer me 25% to keep it and was back and forth about the refund. I was very disappointed in the response, quality and overall! I will definitely report them to the Better Business Bureau Please Please don't order from Litfad
I ordered a Stained-Glass Chandelier for $375. I received a plastic chandelier worth about $2. I raised a complaint and they pretend not to understand my complaint. Instead, they say they've sent me the correct item and nothing can be done if I am not satisfied it with. It seems to be standard script email response sent, one after the other. Not addressing anything I have to say. Instead, they keep saying we've sent the correct item - when they have not. From other reviews, it seems this is their strategy. The best thing to do is to raise the issue with your bank so they don't accept transactions for this company in teh future for other customers. This is the only way to stop these crooks.
After 10 e-mail exchanges, Litfad offered 5% back on my purchase that arrived broken, electrically, dented, chipped and cracked. I waited 55 days for the item to come from China, they then offered to send another one having to wait another 55 days otherwise I could pay for the return shipping to China and they would give me my purchase back minus thier shipping costs at the first shipment to the US this is a terrible company. I will not be ordering ever again. You can't trust this company & they won't do full returns.
I received a product that simply didn't work when unplugged from wall. I've ben emailing back and forth with customer care for three days. Terrible company, shoddy product.
I bought an office chair in August and after waiting for 3 months and making several requests to cancel the order, the box arrived, wet, and torn and as consequence the chair got damp. Since they do not have a phone number I had to contact them via email. They gave me so much push back, ended up offering 30% of the purchase cost as a refund! I demanded they honor the Guarantee they have listed on their website and issue a full refund and a return address. They send me an email with the return information and found that I was supposed to pay for the return shipping to an address in Hong Kong!. The return will cost me the same as the chair if not more. This company is running a "Refund and Recovery Scam" where they make the return so unrealistic for the customer, the buyer ends up losing their money. I REPEAT THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! If you are in the US and were scammed by this company, contact the Federal Trade Commission https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/ and file a report.
Stay far away from Litfad. I purchased a "Blue Glass Scalloped Table Lighting". When it finally arrived it was a plastic globe and the electrical cord was covered with a white sticky substance. I took photos & sent them to Litfad. Long story short, they wanted to send me a new cord. I am not an electrician. I was not spending more on this cheap plastic lamp which, they insisted was glass! I told them if I threw it on the floor it would not break. They suggested I not do that. Lol
Litfad then proceeded to tell me I could send it back to China but it would probably cost more than the lamp itself & they could not guarantee they would receive it. They basically said, Ha ha. You're stuck with this cheap ugly damaged lamp. I told them it is companies like them that give China a bad rap.
I went to Chase to get a refund. In the end, they sided with Litfad. I could not believe it. I am so angry about this situation.
Never ever buy from Litfad. Their products are cheap, ugly & plastic. I chose 1 star because I had to choose something in order to post this. They don't deserve any stars.

Watch out for this company. They appear to be a good company with great products but unless you are okay waiting longer than expected for delivery. You will only find out at the end that they will take weeks to deliver.

Ordered a tv table over a month ago and after chasing up today I got to find out it is out of stock. No one bothered to tell me!

Answer: Litfad is a scam company. Their website products are 3-D images. The intention is to deceive customer. Their return policy is designed to force the product on customers. Imagine the cost of shipping a bucky product to China, which is more expensive than the product cost.
