Ordered a Rug which took ages to arrive then when it did I couldnt believe the quallity was like a piece of Rubber! Shocking! They have not honoured their website return policy! DO NOT EVEN THINK OF TRYING THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

I ordered a cabinet described as a "steel" cabinet with "rattan" panels. It took at least twice as long to arrive as originally promised. When finally received, it turned out to be made of cheap wood with cheesy plastic fake rattan panels. I don't mean plastic strips woven in a rattan pattern, I mean a piece of stamped plastic. The price ($375) would have been good for the item promised, but far too high for the product delivered.

I purchased two media consoles from Litfad and after a few months I received two broken, extremely low quality, and incomplete pieces of furniture that didn't look anything like what they had advertised on their website. And I mean really really low quality. Like it's not even worth your time to assemble low quality.

They are insisting I pay the return costs to China and then they will deduce the original shipping cost from the refund.

If you've purchased something from Litfad and are unable to get a refund from them, I would advise to submit a claim with your credit card company or PayPal if you used PayPal.

I ordered one lamp on Nov. 4th, received on December 18th, ridiculous, absolute piece of crap, very expensive crap, so disappointed and wish I read reviews beforehand. If I could give negative stars I would!

Placed my order for some long bar tables order September 21. Had no idea it was going to take 11 weeks to arrive. It is shipped on a boat from China. I knew it wasn't going to be the best stuff but when it arrived it was mangled beyond use and you can tell how cheap it is. They barely had any padding to protect the tables legs and top and that resulted in it being ruined. Metal legs were bent, all corners of the cheap laminate table were chipped. I emailed and complained and they advised that they were sorry about would ship me a new one by air and it would take 2-4 weeks and they promised they would add extra padding. Well 6 weeks passed and I emailed to see what the status was and they advised that they only ship by sea even though I have an email stating that it was coming by air. 9 weeks later the second shipment arrives the exact same as the first, chipped, dented, and this time it had some warped wood from water damage. They say you can return it but you have to pay for the return. I've got no idea how much it would cost to ship a giant 95 pound box to China but I'm not going to find out. The tables are in the garbage. Save yourself some time and money and do not buy anything from this company.

Intentional delay so they could refuse to cancel my order a couple minutes after I placed it. I wish I had read the reviews.

Their $75 lamp is wired with the wrong wire: a thin-gauge, thin-insulation wire dangerous tor house-current uses such as lamps. Lamps. Litfad refuses to do anything about it, refuses to replace or accept return. Instead, they offered ME $7 TO forget the problem and write them a good review. I asked again if they could actually solbve the problem and again they refused. They are still selling this very dangerous item:

Luckily I spotted the wiring problem. It would be hidden in most of their lamps. So don't gamble fire or electrocution. Avoid this company.

Do not buy from this company. They are criminals. Scam site. They sell junk and refuse to refund. Chargeback your credit card straight away.
Edit: They want you to remove negative reviews with the promise of a refund and then if you decline they send this.

I have ordered everything from furniture to appliances from reputable companies with excellent quality and service. However, I made a huge mistake trusting Litfad. I ordered a hard to find dark purple rug from them and waited almost 2 months, only to receive a cheap homemade version that wasn't even close in quality or color. I have sent an email to their customer support requesting a return and refund, and fully expect this to be a lengthy drawn out ordeal since I was told it shipped from China. Never again!

I bought a pair of wall mounted reading lights. First, one came with a broken wire. When I contacted them, they sent me a new wire (I had to rewire it myself). When I go to mount them we discover they are 220v - US standard is 110v. It's too late to send them back, so I'm out hundreds of dollars on a pair of lights that won't work in the US. Wish I had never come across their site.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING THREE MONTHS FOR A SMALL TABLE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE ONLY. AND ZERO CHANCE OF A REFUND OR REFUND! UNFORTUNATELY THEY SUCKERED ME OUT OF $500.

Stay away from this company. If they sent you a defective or broken item you have to keep it. You can't even ask for a refund because they will ask you to pay for the shipping fee to China before they can refund you.

Ordered a modern writing desk. It was delivered completely damaged. We have detail pictures of the shipping carton and the pallets as well as notating on the bill of lading that it was damaged. They did not want to hear it. They wanted me to ship this heavy desk back to China, which would have cost me more than the original price of $850 that I paid. Customer service Offered to send me just the broken piece but it will take two months. I said I did not want to wait that long and I prefer to get a refund and have them pick it up. They will not pick it up and they want me to pay to send it to them and they also want to charge me for the shipping For sending it to me

Litfad sent us a broken table in an awful packaging. They put the stone tabletop in just a cardboard box with No protection also its pedestal was in filthy situation. For returning that heavy table, Chinese seller asked me to pay the shipping price out of my own pocket (shipping price in my case was $432) then I must wait for seller to check broken item to see if it's not a manmade damage. After this long way they'll make decision to refund me or not. Their return policy is a big scam. Please don't trust them especially about big items.

I ordered a compact kitchen table/storage unit. When the item arrived, due to the very poor packaging, parts were on the floor next to the box. Items were damaged inside as a result. There are many pieces tobe assemble and two bags of screws, nails etc just throw into a bag. Assembly instructions were in Chinese and there was no inventory list of parts included so I don't even know if all the parts have arrived. I spent three time more in this item assuming it would be of higher quality. Not so much. Don't waste your money. Buy fromm a reputable company. This is not that.l

I ordered this big beautiful chandelier from Litfad and had it put up by an electrician & it popped & doesnt work. Litfad will not pay for the shipping back to China & offered me 5% & then 10% if I pay to ship it back which would be more expensive than the 10% back. I found someone that might can fix it & asked Litfad for the specs for the fixture & they said they will send me a new LED drive if I will cancel the dispute with paypal. I disputed through my credit card & have no dispute with pay pal. Screwed all the way around! Dont deal with this company!

I've ordered a corner glass curio cabinet. It should have come in 3 separate boxes (never got this information from the Seller). Received 2 boxes - no notification from the Seller that the 3rd one was damaged in transit and Fedex returned it back to the Seller.
Opened both boxes (paid for moving them upstairs and for the assembly) - both boxes had damaged parts. And that's when we figured out that 3rd box is missing
Contacted Litfad right away requesting the full refund. They offered replacement, but I was already too dissatisfied with overall quality, so I insisted on the full refund. The response was weird: "we will only refund you 50% or you can return it back to us at your own expense, plus we will not refund the cost of original shipment".
All the way through the email exchange I had the feeling I was talking to a bot, as half of my replies were just ignored and never I got a name or a contact information of a real person.
I've filed the claim with PayPal - will see how it goes. If that fails, will have to escalate the claim to my credit card company

I am really upset - the design was great and I haven't seen anything similar anywhere else - matched perfectly what I was looking for
