It's a SCAM!

It's a scam, do not buy anything from Litfad. Unfortunately I did bought a wardrobe from this company and paid £748.90, I have received pieces of broken panels, glass doors are missing, all the assembly accessories are missing. I won't be surprised if they are sending same box again and again to people, it surely looks this way by the state of it.
By the amount of bad reviews that I've been reading so far I can see that they had been operating in the last 2-3 years, hundreds of people had been scammed. Getting refund is impossible, it's been so far maybe 40 emails backwards and forwards. They are suggesting that I will send back to them the wardrobe, I just checked it will cost me between £400-£600 to get that 2 meters large box to them full of broken panels. Also they are saying that whatever they had paid to the shipping company which it around £250 will be deducted from refund. So I'm stuck with large box of broken panels in my living room…
So far contacted HSBC, I had paid by my credit card hopefully they will investigate this.
I am going to contact, Google, PayPal, and everyone else who I can to stop them from scamming people.

This LitFad is carbage complete was of time and money. Im out $250 ordered a light that I never got. They have been just giving me the run around no help at all to find out what happened or how to get my a remplacement. Please buy from some one else Im so up set.

Poor quality

We are out of over $300 by ordering a kitchen table. The boards were good but the screws were not and this company would not send us better hardware. So we have no table, out of the money, and oh so disappointed! Wish we would have read the reviews before ordering from this company.

Horrible company, broken pieces received

The vanity took forever to arrive and when it did the box was so damaged. After opening the box, it came with a lot of pieces and many were broke or damaged. Instructions are in Chinese and I am missing a few key parts to it.
Will never order from them again and I encourage others to avoid this company all together. I am mad at myself for not reading reviews before I ordered this.

Hello!

I purchased two desks from this stupid scam of a company (over $1200) and never received the desks. It's been 2 months now! I have asked for a refund over and over but they refuse to give me one.

Now the most recent email received stated that I could get a full refund if only I left a good review for them. They would then refund immediately!

What a scam company. Don't buy from these people. They are not what they say they are.

If they do not refund me for my purchase that I NEVER received, I will then next post the email they sent holding my refund hostage until I give them a good review.

What a joke.

LItfad has absolutely boorish rude customer service. I recomend never buy anything from them. When I sent complain on their email on rude unprofessional service which I faced in their chat among resolving my issue - I get respond in email from them Just "OK".

Lost in limbo.

This company is the absolute worst. I ordered an end table to be delivered before Christmas which was promised, and I still have not received it. Every time I try chatting with the representative, they gave me the same runaround b*******. Stay away at all costs. Avoid like the plague!

We ordered 2 products from Litfad on Oct 27th 2022 totally $8,000. We STILL have not received our products and customer service has deemed them "lost" but has yet to rectify the situation. They offered to send replacements but that can take 4 to 5 weeks, I asked if given the circumstances if there was any way to get them here faster. They replied that they would try to locate our products and get back to us. They also said if we don't hear back in 2 days to reach back out to them. I cannot attest to the quality of their furniture as we still don't have them, however there seems to be some shady things going on with customer service and their preferred shipping partner. I highly recommend you skip the headache and shop elsewhere.

I ordered an item for Christmas, a desk, for my son. Original shipping stated I would receive the item before Christmas if I paid for expedited shipping. The company clearly states that they offer free shipping to the United States. When I called to question shipping information, I get short responses and no answers. I still do not have this item on January 4 and shipping information has not been updated. When I asked if I could have my refund of my $33 back for the expedited shipping I paid the state to me over and over that they do not offer free shipping to the United States on furniture. I showed them my order photos of their website that offer free shipping to United States on furniture, and a mock order I placed on two desks that show free shipping to the United States. They blatantly stole the night that they offer free shipping even with the proof they are shown And do not want to help, this is a shady scam of a company, and if I would have seen these reviews before I placed the order, I would not have ordered. The only reason I ordered is that the company stated I would receive the item before Christmas, and that they had warehouses in the United States, at the time of placing the order, it did not state my item would be coming from China on a boat, and that is clearly where my item is somewhere on the ocean, headed towards California, do not order from these guys if my item comes in damaged or faulty, I'm gonna have to dispute the transaction and get my money back because clearly they don't want to refund anyone's money unless you pay more for shipping it overseas back to them the than the item costs. LET THIS BE UOUR WARNING!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They will send you junk that doesn't work, had missing pieces, is completely different than described and then go around in circles when you ask for a refund. They'll ask you to spend over $200 MORE MONEY to mail the junk back and then *maybe give a partial refund* RUN AWAY.

Oof it gets worse. Finally heard from the litfad team saying they will give full reimbursement only if I take it his review down first. Yikes. RUN AWAY

I ORDERED 2 DESK THAT I THOUGHT WAS WOOD. THE DESK THAT CAME IN LOOK OLD AND THEY PUT WALL PAPER THAT LOOKS LIKE WOOD ON TOP OF OLD WOOD. TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE WOOD.

NOT HAPPY WITH PRODUT TRIED TO RETURN FOR THEM TO TELL ME "However, if we send you the correct item and they do not have any quality problems, we would not provide the return service. Please understand"

There is a hole size of two quarters on the leg of table that LITFAD company covered it with wall paper that looks like wood. IT looks like refurbished furniture. I LOST ALMOST 300.00 DOLLARS

What a crock! The light fixtures are not what they claim to be and they will refuse all returns and will not give you your money back. I have been remodeling a house for four years and have never had a company straight up refuse to do a return one day after I received the product. Also it took 2 months to even get the order. Shop elsewhere.

Avoid this company at all costs. I made that mistake and regret it dearly. Why?
Litfad does not state their products are shipped from China, and only returnable to China (at your expense no less). So you are stuck. These important facts are no indicated nor made clear when you order. Shipping is very, very slow, and you'd be lucky to get a tracking order.
Quality, despite the "nice" European design look, the quality is... well Chinese. Very shoddy, I had to clean up all the edges of all the planks. Instructions were missing, tech support is not customer focused and their English is below rudimentary. Some planks were missing holes.
There are no plastic screw caps provided to conceal the ugly big catch screws that hold the planks together.
Furniture is shown with lighting in the online catalog. But no lighting is provided even though it is mentioned in the instructions I finally received by e-mail (after asking several times).
Assembling the planks is not "German engineering" either. It is Chinese engineering. As a designer I had to re-engineer the whole assembly to make the construction sturdier.
Finally the tempered glass on some of the doors came stained (from chemical bath I suppose or treatment). The stains cannot be removed and Litfad will not send new glass doors,despite sending pictures.
Do yourself a favor. Stay away from Litfad. I promise you my review is more than an opinion. I experienced everything I wrote. Stay away.

I bought a computer table but thw carrier returned to them due to damage product. I have contacted their customer service thru email as they dont have a phone line. Up to now i have not received the table. I contacted again today and provided the tracking number again. Do not buy from this company! Your money will go to a waste!

Litfad is a scam company from China

I never ever wrote reviews. They are the most unprofessional company. I'm not quite sure yet if there are scammers or what. I ordered a toilet months ago and the carrier company called me and said they can't deliver because Litfad won't confirm for them to do so. I keep going back and forth with Litfad by email. Some guy writes with broken English to be patient and that be will talk to appropriate colleagues. Then says i can't return, to which i reply return what? I did not receive the package. Just a nuisance of a nightmare. Just don't order from this company please!

Would give 0 stars. Horrible company, looks like a scam, ships damaged products in poor packaging at full prices and since 2-3 months for delivery and signed for delivery, no recourse to get money back. Lost $ 1482.00
Will stop buying Made in China products.

I did not realize this company was in China when I ordered or that my shipping would take take OVER 2 MONTHS. I have ordered from CHINA before for other products but it has never taken this long and they often have a US warehouse. Either way I ordered a light that came broken and a dining table I haven't received and it's been 9 weeks. I have requested a refund on my light and told I have to send it back to get a refund ARE YOU CRAZY? I recently requested a refund on the table as well with no resolve. I needed my table before a party this week and I dont have one. I spent 800 with company and I regret every moment! I WANT ALLL MY MONEY BACK NOW! DO NOT DO NOT ORDER FR THEM. Customer service is horrible and getting your items quickly without being broken is not going to happen. Stay away. I will be soon filing with my bank to get all money back if my money is not returned in 2 days.

They offered a refund for review change to positive. I have been very clear I am not changing my review for a refund. I would have been happy to update it with a positive outcome but they refuse to fix the problem. They think they deserve my 800 dollars when I have a broken light and not table! My bank has been notified. These people are a SCAM. Don't use them! Next I'll be taking this to higher powers since they won't simply give me my money back so they can ban them from selling in the US! They scammed the wrong person!

And Today 12/30/22 I still don't have my money back. They have their table and they want me to pay 400 to 500 dollars to send back a broken light that doesn't fit US ELECTRICAL for a 250 light but was going to make me wait 4 weeks to send a replacement piece for broken parts for free! SCAMMMERRRS

I placed an order with LitFad based on their nice product pictures and return policy which allowed cancellation before the item shipped. A few days after placing the order I realized it would be shipping from China and would take months, and would arrive too late to be useful. Since I didn't receive an email saying it shipped, I contacted customer support to cancel. They refused saying it had shipped, but could not provide me any proof (scam). Then when I pushed them on it, they both told me it was at sea and then later in the US (lie). Then they claimed the product was delivered and attached a photo of a box in front of a random house. I had ordered a large table (over 80 lbs) so this was clearly fake. Then they accused me of refusing the package, but then later claimed it had been delivered to a person (fake name). Stay far away from this unethical company!
