Ordered $900 in folding chairs. Took 4 weeks on a boat and arrived wrapped in burlap. Chairs broken missing screws and pieces. One chair was the wrong chair and color. Had purchased the $2.99 insurance. Contacted them. They want me to return the chairs. Ask for a refund they refuse. Insurance never mattered. Won't send screws. Won't send new chair even though they sent the wrong ones. It's a scam.
Ordered two very expensive chandeliers that came with no assembly instructions and had stripped holes so the chandelier wouldn't hold shape. "Support" AWFUL said they couldn't refund unless something physically wrong with the lights. Told them there was and complied with copious emails to send detailed pictures of flaws and then finally a video of me assembling the light showing the flaw. They give you the runaround. Absolute scam. Don't plan to buy from here unless you are prepared to lose money because if the light doesn't work for your space they won't refund you. RUN AWAY. Can't believe they are allowed to operate like this.
I received the chairs after 2 months of ordering which I knew from the start. The problem came in when they arrived. There were no screws included to attach the seat to the base. They were all damaged, the legs were scratched and paint pulled off. The bases are so scratched that I'm embarrassed to even put them out. Poor quality. I reached out right away and they said they would send me new legs. After 3 weeks I receive an email that they are going to start my order soon. Forget about getting your money back, that's not gonna happen. I would never ever buy anything from them. It was the first and last time!

When I opened the box there wasn't any packing materials. Each piece thrown on top of one another, No instructions, nuts and bolts thrown in a bag. The WORST customer service. They have no intention of Returning or exchanging this for me. The email they sent after I sent pictures of the damaged product
"We do not provide return service if we send the correct item."
Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. This frustration is not worth it. I would rather pay double and receive decent product or at the very least have a company that will exchange and do the right thing.
Will you get your order? Sure, maybe. But the box will be in shambles and the item will look like a piece of garbage that washed ashore. I sent photos of the condition it came in. Screws loose, holes in the box, chips all over the panels… they said they "didn't see any issue from the photos".
Bought two sets of the bar stools. All damaged or completely broke in side if boxes. It looks like not brand new items. Email to support team in 20 mins after delivery. They refused to exchange or return my money. I called to my credit card to dispute the charge. Eventually they said to me they will refund my money if I will send it back to China.it took me two months to get my money. Sent a lot of emails back and forth, sent set of pictures. They do not have quality team, otherwise they would not send me a garbage. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! WILL HAVE PROBLEMS. STAY A WAY FROM THAT WEBSITE
I have not bought a Litfad product. After reading these reviews, I won't be either. I had one of their desks all picked out and would've ordered it in the next week or so but after reading these reviews, I've changed my mind. I don't think that I've ever seen so many negative reviews about a company. Most people don't look for reviews before they buy so Litfad may not care about improving a customers' buying experience.
If you want to return damaged items, returns go to Fosbon China at your expense.

Do not purchase from LITFAD. Terrible customer service. And I have only received half of my order which was one wooden cabinet. Why it can in multiple deliveries I will never understand. And makes it useless when you don't receive all of the packages. I have been chasing for 3mths now. Appalling service. They just say it has been delivered but clearly now. They take zero ownership or even try and help. So rude. Do not purchase
I bought a small desk from Litfad. It looked good on it's website, but the actual product was a piece of junk. Some parts were broken, the grooves on the pieces had uneven edges, some metal parts were rusty and very dirty. There is no phone number to call to talk to customer service. The return policy says you have to email them, and they will give you a return label for you to send the products back. How you drag a piece of heavy furniture to the postal service is up to you, and good luck with it.
Absolutely terrible. Item looked nothing like the photos, was totally substandard, and once installed, didn't even work! Customer support is absolutely worthless, they're saying I have to cover all shipping costs to...CHINA though the item was shipped from LA. Stay far away from these crooks

Bought shelfs from this website, they were defective, had dents, scratch's and broken pieces. Reached to here customer service and there response we shipped right product. I would suggest don't ever buy anything from this website, if any one would like confirmation please email me at *******@yahoo.com and I will forward all the photos of product that I got vs what is advertised and what was customer service response.
Poor quality and faulty and they are clever enough to make you believe they are addressing the problem so it passes the PayPal return period so you can't claim refund. Buyers be carefulness
Save yourself the trouble. Learn from my mistake. This is by far the worst experience I've had on any purchase. The pieces took months to arrive and then arrived without instructions. Mind you there were hundreds of pieces. No one was able to help and they kept saying the "manual will be updated in 2-3 days" which was complete BS. I shouldn't have taken my chances. Wasted thousands of $ on this bunch of parts.
Your item will take two months to arrive from China. It will be sub-standard / damaged. You will want to return it and it will cost a fortune to do so (I was quoted £89 to return a shelf that cost £68). You will then spend a month arguing with their useless customer service department who will only offer you 40% unless you want to pay more in postage than the item cost in the first place to send it back.
AVOID THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE APPALLING.
I made an order almost two months ago and still have not received my item. It went to California then to Georgia and now stuck in Florida. I live in AZ.
Wish I could give zero stars. Save your money, this company is not legit and does not use good business practice. Received my table 3 months after ordering and it was very damaged upon arrival. The item is cheaply made and not at all as advertised. They refused to refund, a replacement would have arrived in same condition because the furniture is garbage. Wish I could have my $300 back.
Litfad are a company in China, they are not located in Australia. 2 of the items we received were damaged and one had no hardware or instructions. The 3rd item just never arrived. The company are difficult to deal with as all corespondent is by text or email, there is no phone number to call.
This site is the worst. They sent two lights that did not work - I reached out to them and they said they were going to send replacement parts. Nothing received. Won't exchange. It's been ages and we never got anything from them. Total scam! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
Answer: Litfad is a scam company. Their website products are 3-D images. The intention is to deceive customer. Their return policy is designed to force the product on customers. Imagine the cost of shipping a bucky product to China, which is more expensive than the product cost.
