We purchased a bed from LitFad not knowing it was a Chinese company with everything shipped directly from China. Their website is very deceiving and you will not know this until your order is complete. Bed arrived 9 weeks later with no assembly instructions. We contacted customer service and got the runaround until we told them we would be contacting our bank for a credit reversal. We then received ONE PAGE of instructions 24 hours later. No parts are numbered, there is no master parts list we have no idea if our order is even complete. The drawings on the instructions include parts we do not have. No holes are drilled, and it is not clear where the 4 different lengths of screws are to be used. When I told them this, they said " Sorry, we don't have other manuals currently,pls you can try to install it, it won't be too difficult. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Have a good time." Thank goodness for Chase customer service. If it wasn't for them we would have lost $1,000.00.

This company is a sham! They sell products they don't make, see or stand behind. I ordered a wall mural and was sent this sloppy pixilated over-blown up image that was uglier than you can imagine. All their items are made and shipped from China. They never see the product they're selling! After much back and forth I was given a lousy 30% refund. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bought solid wood small table. Arrived damaged. Despite pics sent to cs and being charged insurance, they refuse to refund money or process return. There solution is to send a base and screws. This table does not have screws and i do not do furniture repairs. They are not honorable. Proceed with caution, I do not recommend purchasing from Litfad.

I purchased a coffee table from Litfad. The table came in two different boxes. Both the top was broke and the bottom was damaged. I put a request refund in with paypal and litfad. Litfad told me my case was lock because of the dispute paypal. Litfad asked me close the paypal dispute and after this they would give a refund or a new table. I closed the paypal dispute. Little did I know if case a paypal case you can`t reopen it. Emailed litfad back and asked for a refund. So they started negotiate with me about my. Refund. They offered 10% first refund, and seccond a table top 20%. Keep in mind my table top and bottom damaged I told no I want my full refund. I have not heard back. I contacted paypal and waiting on the results. Don`t buy anything from the company. It`s like a scam. Please never close your paypal case until it`s solved. RJ Cordova,TN

Offered a metal pulley wheel for sale. I paid almost $100. It turned out to be a cheap piece of plastic crap.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I ordered, two bookcases, one arrived today packaging was in pieces taped together. The main part of the bookcases was broken in half. I ordered these December 31,2022. No, I don't have photos! I will never buy any of their products again and will tell my family and friends not to buy from them. Poor quality and poor customer service. Where is pride in workmanship or customer satisfaction!

I am upset at myself for not reading the other reviews before using it... this company is a complete internet scam, so stay away! The two lamps I bought took weeks to arrive, were poorly made (not looking like in the pictures), and importantly did not work at all when plugged in. The customer service was terrible and unresponsive, and there was no way to communicate with them by phone. Despite 5 requests, they refused to send me return instructions or a refund! I am going to report them as fraud to my bank and dispute the credit card charge, but not sure what else I can do. Any suggestions? This company should not be allowed to operate in the U.S. or elsewhere.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. The reviews are exactly on the mark, Item came with out instruction in bad condition lots of nicks and chips on the Cupboard. This is a big order came in 5 boxes weighing 90-100 pounds each. Was like solving a big Jigsaw puzzle. Hardware came in big plastic bag which has opened in the box. The Glass door was two right sided door. Returning this would have been a nightmare. As they charge shipping back to china. Some hardware had instruction but was in Chinese. Extremely useless.

We also had a terrible experience with Litfad when we bought a bookcase. But we had a "happy" ending. Product was received damaged, poorly packaged, missing pieces, no instructions, long delivery and the wrong COLOR! It couldn't have been much worse. We got a complete run around from Litfad so we contacted our credit card company to dispute the charge. They immediately issued a conditional refund while they investigated. We filled out a form and provided some photos. About 6 weeks later I received a letter from my credit card company indicating the refund was approved in full. It was for >$1100. Get your card company involved.

I bought a chair that I was searching high and low for in a certain color combination. The only site I was able to find it on was Litfad. I knew it was a risk as the site didn't have great reviews, but the price, style, and colors were right.

It took a couple of months to finally get it! At one point, I was becoming impatient and wanted to cancel, which I would've been able to do before the product actually shipped, but I didn't.

When I finally got my shipment, the box arrived destroyed, but the chair was fine, with the exception of a small flaw. I asked for help with repair, and they gave me a suggestion. It's not bad, and I don't blame them, considering the condition of the box when it arrived.

Customer service was excellent. Very responsive and helpful throughout. They even reached out the day my product arrived to let me know I should've received it.

I'm happy I took the risk. I will buy from them again if I'm not in a hurry to get my product.

It has been over a month since I've ordered my rug and I still haven't received it. Customer service is helpless and keeps telling me my shipment is on the way. Should have listened to the reviews

Absolute scam artists.
I ordered a chair that was supposed to be an office chair. Instead a received what I would call at best a campaign chair of extremely poor quality. Just have a look at the photos so you can see that I am not exaggerating at all.
When I contacted customer service to return the item and get a refund, they replied mentioning that I would have to pay shipping costs from UK to China.
On their site they state that you would have to pay shipping costs to return the item, but there is no way of knowing how much that would be and on the invoice shipping costs are actually clearly stated as zero.
Throughout my correspondence with them they have tried hard to settle for a partial refund, making it obvious that the chair is of such low cost that even if they provide a 40% refund to you they are still making tons of profit.
So the overall scum is that you cannot get a full refund, else you are stuck with paying insane money on shipping costs.
True scam artists from China. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS

Avoid these scammers. Order 4mths ago and recurved half my order and can not get a refund. Scammers.

My desk came earlier than expected, you would think, good. Desk arrived cracked in quite a few spots, came with no instructions

Pink metal folding chairs broke after only 2 to 3 uses. The description does not include the weight of the chairs, and when I asked about it in the chat, they were also unable to tell me the weight. Pure crap

My package arrived torn and water logged, and my items were damaged. My $900 chairs were scratched and misshapen due to the poor packaging. All FOUR chairs were covered in extremely thin bubble wrap that offered zero protection. Then all FOUR chairs were just thrown into one large, very thin cardboard box. On top of all that, the chairs I received did not match the online description. The chairs I received were 40" tall. Online website stated they were 45". Claimed to be 15.5" inches deep, but were truly only 13". That's a huge difference. Color and quality of materials were not the same as advertised. And there were zero instructions or any paperwork included. What I received was a poor knockoff of the beautiful chairs advertised on their website. Do not buy from this company.

I just wish I had checked for reviews before ordering a product (dressing table) from Litfad.

I received the product around 8 weeks after it was ordered and I was very disappointed with the quality and how it was put together. The MDF used for the drawers looks very cheap with staples sticking out and the legs for the side cabinet were broken in places and the feet screwed are wonky.

I contacted Litfad immediately and they quickly offered me a partial refund of 5% and over the course of the day and the next couple of days the refund went up to 40%. I wasn't happy with this and asked for other options. I kept getting the same back with the same options. Either take 40% and keep product or return at my own cost and they will refund less their shipping costs. I enquired about shipping costs I would have to pay and it outweighed the refund.

I contacted the company again after a exchange of about 55 emails and letting them know I would be adding this review and they said the VIP team would contact me. This was 5 days ago. This was 5 days ago.

Very disappointed with the product and service.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

$#*!en piece of $#*!, wrong color no instructions. Didn't even have all the pieces. Don't buy from this website literally trash! Took forever too! Not worth it $#*! litfad. Honestly doesn't even deserve 1 star.
