When searching for a toddler bed and frame for my friend that incorporated safety rails, I thought I had struck just the right site when I found one on Litfad that met her sons needs. The purchase was made and in 3 months time, it finally arrived. The box looked in good condition as if it had been shipped with care, however, upon moving the box inside we noticed the sound of screws rolling around. When we opened the box we found that the material quality was poor. The hardware was placed into a Ziplock bag, and that the bag had come open at some point during that three month shipping period. The scraps of wood that were supposed to be a bed and frame when assembled were damaged and would be unsafe for a child to use which was the original intention when buying it in the first place. Even if it came undamaged, the instructions were in Chinese and unreadable. We contacted the customer service department to find out what we could do about returning the product and getting a refund. At most the company had told us that we would have to cover the cost of shipping back to China (nearly as much as the original cost of the product), and that they would refund us a maximum of 15% of our purchase. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with, and is a scam. Don't buy from them!

I too did not check reviews. I received my chair months after order. It arrived broken, the back would not stay up along with other issues. Customer service would not give me a refund. I had to basically beg via email spamming two hours to get 40% of what I paid back. The first five pictures are what I got and the last one is the picture from the site.
We ordered a rug two months ago and finally got it in the mail yesterday. We opened it up and couldn't help but laugh. This rug in the picture on the website showed faux fur, beautifully made; originally $556 but on sale for $178. When we received it yesterday it was literally an 8'x10' giant rubber mat with a printed picture on it. When I reached out to the company in pure disappointment, they told me they could refund 10% of what we paid and I could trash it or I could pay to send it ALL the way back to China (it took two months to get here) and they would refund me for the rug when they received it. Honestly, after how much of liars they already are for displaying fake picture of rugs, I don't think they would refund my money if they did receive it back in China, then I would be out a hideous rug and my money. I just wanted to share the absolute PURE disappointment over this transaction and how they handled it in hopes it persuades someone in the future to SHOP ELSEWHERE!

I have attached the marble shelf photo from Litfad website which I liked and photos from what I actually received. After waiting 2 months I'm shocked at the deception and poor quality. I'm surprised this company is still in business. Online product is obviously not the same item they ship to me. When I emailed them they do not refund because it comes from China and just offered 10% discount. I contacted my credit card to file a claim. Stay Away! Not worth it!
Are you missing a table top? We received two of them, and the smaller one "yours" is broken.

What I thought was 6 white "planks" in the box of the cabinet and thought "aahh horrible looking shelves". Turned out to be our fancy doors.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with an online company. I only received two out of three packages and they were all damaged (after waiting 45 days). I reported it and I was led to believe that they were shipping out a replacement immediately, which I was fine with at that time. 30 days later I inquired about a tracking number and if it had been shipped. Needless to say it had not and then I was told it would be another 60 days. I asked for them to refund my money, they offered a 5% discount then a 10% discount. I still refused and all of sudden I have to send the damaged product back (which they never asked for previously) at my expense, then they will refund my money minus the original shipping cost that were supposes to be included in the price to begin with. HORRIBLE! Not to mention that this is all being communicated through email because you cannot talk to anyone. This company should not be allowed to operate in the US. I always read reviews, except for this one time when I needed to the most because I would not have purchased if I had. Hopefully nobody else will either.
Liftad has horrible quality rugs. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Their images are edited, and gravely misleading. I asked to return it after received and due to their complicated, and unjust policy, I could not. They said I had to ship it back to China, out of my own pocket, in order to be reimbursed, which would result in paying more money to ship it back, than the original amount I paid for it. Their support system was extremely unhelpful, and they only gave me a small percentage back for a reimbursement. They even told me to resell it online. Well I tried, because they left me no other option, and I tried to resell their overprices $100 rug for $10 on multiple platforms, and nobody wanted it. I regret every engaging with this company. I hope they pay their graphic designer/photo editor a lot, because that's the only reason why they're selling.
I have pictures to prove it on 3 items that arrived this way. They will tell you if you want to return it, you have to pay for shipping the original one back and pay for shipping for the replacement. STAY AWAY. Feel free to reach out and ill share pics and videos and rude emails received from them asking for more money even after i sent pictures and videos. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I ordered a metal pull light. A cheap piece of plastic arrived. In order to return it, I have to pay for shipping and a "return fee" which they promise will eat up the entire refund. They are intentionally scamming people. Basically, they're making it impossible to get any money back
Unfortunately, I did not read reviews before purchasing a coffee table from Litfad. As with most of the other reviews here, the table was trash and not what was shown on the site. I tried to request a refund and return but Litfad only offered 20% or I could return the table for a full refund (less the cost of the initial shipping). The cost to ship from the US to China would exceed any refund I would get.
I purchased through PayPal and opened a dispute. I documented all communications, sent photos of the actual product received and the advertised product, and reviews from this site. I outlined the scam Litfad performs:
1. Falsely advertises a product
2. Sends trash product
3. Offers small discount to customer
4. Only offers refund (less initial shipping) if the product is returned.
5. Return shipping outweighs the cost of refund, so buyer is essential stuck with the product.
Additionally, Litfad will claim that you "signed" for the product and if you were unhappy you could have refused the product. I did not sign and the product was place in my garage. Go to the FedEx tracking page and it will say very clearly "No signature required". Send this as part of your follow-up dispute details - catch them in their lie.
I received a full refund from PayPal and still have the (garbage) table. Most major credit cards will make the dispute process even easier. Good luck.
This company isn't reimbursed or taking the return of we are not satisfied. I've paid over 200$ for two lamps and I waoted ober 2 months to receive them and when receiving, they were not expecting my expectations! I wrote to customer service and they told that no item was refund if they deliver the correct item. I'm stuck with the cheap lamps and they do not consider my needs. Really junior company! Don't trust them.
I purchased a chandelier with Lutfad. It took them over a month for it to arrive. When it did arrived, the boxes was badly beaten and the product inside was not securely packed. Items was all over the place. I requested a return and they will not accept it. The reason the support team give is, if they send it it to you and if the product is what you ordered is correct, t you can not return if it's in working order. How am I to know if the products is in working order when I do not want the item for poor quality.
Do not buy because you will not be able to return to them. A company like this should not have consumer support for them to stay in business.
How are people giving 5 stars for receiving broken items? And 5 starts despite waiting months and months? Totally scam reviews to go with the scam company. Do not buy from this "company." Even if they fixed the broken items, they cannot receive 5 stars. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.
Sent me a leather chair for the office with 2 rips in it and broken parts. Said i can send back but i have to pay the postage cost and till be expensive or just accept a refund. They tried getting me to accept a 10% refund on a $1000 chair which was ripped. Ripped in 2 areas.
This Litfad site is group of scammers. All the trash and broketn item will shiped completely different than the orderd items. And poor customer services, thy never responsed on time and made some reason so you can not get any refund, your money is gone. SO never buy anything from LITFAD.
After, send 1000 email to their customer service, still refuse to excahnge /refund, 100 Scammers.
Still waiting on a tv cabinet. The legs for the cabinet arrived but not the cabinet itself. Waited 3 months and now they will not refund my money.
The legs that did arrive looked nothing like what was on their online store.

I purchased an item online. After three weeks outstanding, I contacted them for an update. The person I connected with via chat sent me a fake tracking number via FedEx. The status only showed as "label created" while the support email told me that the piece had not shipped. I think they are a bogus company. Luckily I went through PayPal and I will attempt to get a refund. Do not use this company. They are a scam.
This website is very deceptive, the item
I received came with horrible instructions and to be honest I'm not even sure I received every piece. When I tried to deal with it through customer service, they basically said the product was fine and i wasn't going to get a refund. These products are cheaply made in China, there is little to no refund policy so if you intend to buy something from this website you are definitely taking a risk. Hopefully I took a risk so you don't have to, avoid this one at all cost!
Answer: Litfad is a scam company. Their website products are 3-D images. The intention is to deceive customer. Their return policy is designed to force the product on customers. Imagine the cost of shipping a bucky product to China, which is more expensive than the product cost.
