Let me describe the screw up this company has done. They sent the wrong sideboard and damaged end tables. This company is a joke. Don't order from them. They send damaged end tables first and then the wrong sideboard. Now you can't get any help form them. There is no phone service and the emails they disregard. I didn't spend $800.00 dollars on a sideboard i could have gotten from home depot.
Completely the wrong order. And still no answer.

I ordered a desk online, and three size options were provided. I ordered the middle size. The smallest size arrived about 50 days later, with a damaged top (and about 100 extra screws). It's a low-quality product, but at the price I paid, if I'd received the correct desk, that would have been OK. What I received is worth about half of what I paid, and sells for less than I paid on there very own website. Even with repeated emails, the company simply would not send what I ordered. They are sending a new table top. Responsive customer service and great English skills, but a bad outcome. I'd steer clear.

Not only did they continue to defer my request to cancel a not yet processed order, they kept trying to sell a product I was no longer interested in. Please do not purchase anything from this website, it is not worth the time and effort. By our better off buying American.

Product is not even a quarter of the size it is in the photograph arrived with no receipt no safety certificate and the ceiling rose part missing on contacting was offered a 5% discount to keep said item which is far too small and would only fit a large dolls house offers have risen to 30 % my other alternative is to pay 32 pounds to ship it back with no guarantee of refund. You can see the beautiful item in the second photo the first is the one I received

Do not buy anything, I ordered and they sent me a fake shipping number, my item not delivered.
Also no response from customer support, I spent around 250$
This is a scam company.

I spent $200 on a chair I didn't know was being sent from China. Lost in transit somewhere and should have been in the United States by now. They are not refunding me either as it was so called "shipped". DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE.

I did not receive the product that was described and chairs were all broken. They said that I can return but would have to pay shipping costs back to china.

I have purchased a "solid wood" desk from them, that looked quite nice on their website renders. Product page did not contain any photos of actual product, however it was stating that it'd be solid wood, so I decided to give it a go, worst case I thought I'd correct/sand and paint it later if required if wood working would not be to my standards.

What I have received after a month of waiting was glued mdf with laminate on top of it. Not even a single sine of what would you call "solid" wood.
Moreover, it had lots of cracks, stains that are not coming off, leaking glue, foam and something like sheetrock all over the edge. Screws were not put in the right places either, so not all bolts came in.

Attempt to return for a refund resulted in a poor offer from seller to refund silly 5% of it's price. Given it costed about $200 and is a complete throw away.

This is illegal to advertise and sell not what is actually sold.

Lodged a dispute with PayPal, hopefully those awesome guys could help.

Very disappointed and sad for other customers. Please don't buy anything from them.

I also did not read the reviews before purchasing the desk. I ordered it in November and it is March and still cannot use the desk. It took two months to receive it, got broken pieces with no instructions or labeled parts. Requested new parts, that took another two months to get and still got the wrong parts. Inquired about instructions, they sent me a 1 page instruction. None of the parts are labeled and neither are the directions. Hired a handyman who spent 8 hours to put it together and could not finish it. I received parts to another product and not for my desk. Am awaiting a reply from customer service who only responds via email and keeps requesting the same information. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased two light fixtures. One never came and the other is for 220V electric - our home is 110v which is what we ordered but not what we received. When I reached out, they said we could use 110v bulbs in it - not sure where I was supposed to get those from or why I was expected to search around to find bulbs that would fit, then pay for them. I explained the that fixture is 220v and that won't work in a 110V home - they said to get an electrician. There is no phone number and the only way to reach them is by email or chat. The chat was useless as they direct you back to email. Stay away from this company! I have filed a dispute on the charges.

Litfad sent us a damaged children's desk. The company return policy was terrible for damaged items. They told us it would cost us more to return the package to Hong Kong than the desk was worth. We tried to comply with their requests to send pictures of the damaged pieces, but there were so many pieces that it was not possible to ship them. We wanted a new desk shipped for free, but they were unwilling to do so. Their packaging was not substantial for shipping all the way from Hong Kong. It is no wonder the pieces were severely damaged. Do not make a purchase from this company.

Stay clear of this vendor they are not what they advertise. I bought four items. One still has never arrived. The rest damaged in delivery (they are shipped in flimsy boxes from China). I have had no resolution except that I have to ship back at my own cost, and wait for replacements - and I have no confidence they will even arrive. The item missing in transit they offer no solution for.

A month ago I ordered carpet for 220 pound they take the straight away same day but we are still waiting we don't hear things of it what kinds of companies is it fraudster talking people money for nothing since that we been keep emailing for over full refund we are not getting back so far not rug or carpet not money as been refund

Hi friends today I want to share a very bad experience with this online shopping from Litfad.We ordered our table from this company last year on 23/09/2022 and the delivery was said to be on last year November 19/11/2022,as per the email send from Litfad team,but six months on we have not received our table top, even i did a insurance on its delivery,every time we try to contact the team they seem to least bothered about your delivery and not professional at all, they have no clue about the delivery time scale and they do not even care to response the customer question properly when the dont have a customer telephone number. Since last year i have been chasing by email about my delivery, they seem to have no information about the delivery date and time, some time they reply that its has reached your destination and will be soon deliver to your address, on the other hand another reply few days later they reply to me that we are going to ship your order and it will take four to six weeks,actually they are lying and don't even bothered to say the truth that it has not yet send to us. We made a very big mistake by not reading the review first,then we could save our time and money and not wasting our precious time.my order number was ******* and they are still asking what your order number such a un experience staff at Litfad,Friends i will keep you inform until I get my parcel again its been 6 month my delivery has not yet arrived at my address, please be sure to read the review first before you purchase any thing from this company.

Ordered bath fixture for $138. Product pieces did not fit together and when I tried to tighten a loose end piece it fell off in my hand, only to leave a bearing stuck inside the fixture with no access to it. Company only offering to send parts for repair but with no access to the inside of the fixture how can it be fixed? BUYER BEWARE!

Never shop like that,don't buy,they give you damage items like 80% damage,they don't give you full refund….

I bought a desk which came in pieces, most of which were broken.it was poorly packed so no wonders it was damaged. There was no invoice, no custom paperwork…nothing. Just a sticker on the box which after using Google translator says "forced labour camp", shocking. The desk is made of some cheap stuff, not what they claim on their website. They offered replacement - I read reviews and realise I got scammed. I asked for a refund, they asked to ship this junk back. When I opened the case via PayPal, they again asked to ship "goods" back and then they would issue a refund. I phoned PayPal today, explained to couple of people my case. Got refund via PayPal.
Please don't buy from them and make others aware of this company.
I have learned my lesson- always check before you pay.
