The badiest service I have ever received. The product was done in CHina with very low quality. They never inform any where about it take 3 to 4 month to ship the product to the UK and have a lousy chat support that replies like a bot. Extremely disappointed.

The package arrive after 4 moonth and partsd of it where broken! And with super cheap packaging.

I would never buy from them and would advice other not to do the same.

Save you energy and money... simply rubbish.

Product never arrived

Ordered a desk for my home office, said it will arrive in 7-9 weeks. We are now at the end of the 9 week mark and the item is still in customs where it has been for the last 5 weeks. Told customer service that I cannot wait any longer and that I wanted my money back and that they need to contact their shipping company and have the item return to them. The would not refund my money. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company and will take my business elsewhere. I wish I would have read the reviews before ever shopping with this company, but I will never shop hear again and suggest you do not shop here either.

I ordered a table on 3/3/2023. It came 6 weeks later. When I opened the box to check the pieces, the corners of each piece have terrible finishing. Very bad quality, for the price I paid $330 it not even worth $100. It is shame to have this piece of furniture in the house. When I contact the Litfed they offer me a shipping of the broken parts, but while the assembly I find out all pieces have the same problems ( look at the pictures) Wright a way I sent a email about it to the Litfed, but they said I can return the table and pay for the shipping, and they will deduct the original shipping price from the refund also. Can you imagine to pay double shipping price for bulky item? It will cost the 2/3 of the table price. I will contact the credit company to dispute the charge for this poor quality table. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM LITFED, DAFE YOUR MONEY.

The worst quality ever...I did not read their reviews...I bought a coffee table, came in wrong color legs, low quality, then the top came in worst quality ever, with a few dents on top and soon after a coffee drops were not removable and could not be cleaned and the stain stayed. The customer service provided some discount but that does not give me the quality I expected and the stains stay on the man-made terrible quality of qualrtz.

Stay away from these guys - ordered a light fitting, and received it in reasonable time. However, the size was not as per description and doesn't sit properly on wall; a remote control that was included was in Chinese (Mandarin?); there was no fitting instructions or safety booklet or warranty information provided.
On attempting to return the item, I was offered a 5% discount plus remote in English to keep it; on refusal I was offered 10% discount and a note to say its expensive to return it to their base in China; on second refusal I was offered the option of a 15% discount or for me to post it to China!
So my options are to provide my bank details to these people for a partial refund, or to post the item back to them at my cost, along with providing my bank details in the hope of them providing a refund (oh, and the initial cost of them posting the item to me would also be deducted!).
Absolute cowboys. I've just been robbed. Probably best just to cut my losses.

Bad Service

I placed an order January 6th 2023 and it was to be delivered March 7th and then March 24th and then after that I was told it would ship out within two to three days. Here we are 100 Days Later over three months later the merchandise has not shipped and they keep emailing me saying it'll ship out in 2 to 3 days and it was never shipped. I finally demanded my money back. If you have 6 months to a year to wait for merchandise from this company hats off to you other than that don't buy from this company they are liars! I only rated one star because it would not post my review without reading a star other than that I wouldn't give it any stars.

Total scam site. It's insane that they're allowed to stay in business in this day and age with these business practices.

The chat assistant straight up trolled me. Every time I asked if they could just verify whether or not there was a way to cancel unshipped/unprocessed orders on the site, they just copy-pasted the same message saying if I had any issues I had to contact customer support and they'd e-mail me back.

This company is a joke.

I've request a refund due to the horrible quality bar stools, the hydraulics do not work and they are leaking, pieces that screw into the bottom of the chair are bent, the fabric over the buttons are not tappers/ tucked properly, I've sent pictures like they requested and they still are acting as if they dint see the issues with their cheaply made and in usable stools.It also took them 7 weeks to receive this crap I can't even use. I've asked them to send fed ex to come pick it back up and refund me my money!

Complete Scam!

They deserve negative stars. The first red flag is they they never sent me a receipt or invoice or any confirmation of when the item was coming. I had to get the purchase details from PayPal. When I reached out they just told me to wait and as I kept waiting I reached out again and they sent me tracking numbers that didn't work. When the item finally came months later, one of the boxes was completely smushed in with broken pieces so I refused to accept the order. I asked for my money back but they said they could only refund my order minus $700 which was more than half the cost of the wardrobe. They also said that they could send a replacement order for free so I did that instead. Again, long wait with no confirmation, non-helpful customer support, and fake tracking numbers. Months later I finally received the order and it of the 6 boxes with hundreds of pieces there wasn't a single instruction manual. When I asked about it, then sent me a single page "instruction sheet" with 7 lines of text, describing missing pieces that were not included in my order. I'm not even sure the sheet was at all related to my order. When I sent customer support the pictures again they said that they would reach out to relevant parties and to keep waiting a few more days and then another few more days. In the meantime, I reached out to a professional to help me assemble it and he confirmed for me what I already knew that there were missing pieces, broken and stained pieces, the "instruction sheet" was completely unhelpful, and it was impossible to assemble. They wasted my money, my time, and my resources. They need to be reported for bad business practice.

BEWARE! CHEAP DAMAGED ITEMS, ARRIVED BROKEN AND WON'T RETURN OR REFUND. ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED AND WITH A HOLE AND THEY WON'T REFUND AND SAID I'D NEED TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING TO CHINA. SO HORRIBLE THEY ARE SELLING THE WORST CHEAP GOODS, DON'T CARE IF THEY ARE RIPPED OR BROKEN.

Avoid at all cost

The item that Litfad shipped to me was completely damaged upon arrival. I have yet to hear a solution from your team. Terrible customer service! I am very disappointed, I waited months to receive the item and all they did was asked for hundreds of pictures so that they can file a claim and get their money back from the shipping company, at the end they did nothing to resolve the issue. I have been scammed by Litfad. I also checked your reviews, everyone complains, I am not the only victim, Litfad ships poor quality products, not as advertised and the items are poorly packaged, hence they get damaged in transit. If I don't hear back for a solution, the authorities will be informed of your bad practices. Litfad should be banned from advertising products online. I have a broken table that I have no use for and Litfad will not issue a refund.

Not worth the money

I bought 2 writing desks. I had issues receiving the unassembled desks. The boxes were mangled after waiting at least 1 months for them. Found out the instructions were horrible, not clear on how to assemble at all. After 6 hours of working on the 1st one I finally figured out how to assemble. The desks I bought had 3 drawers that had no support brackets so they drop down after pulling them out. The desks are very short where it is difficult to put a standard chair under them. The send desk was damaged when I put it together. I couldn't return it after 30 days and I was so unhappy with how cheaply made they were that I gave them to good will after putting them together and repairing the second one. Don't buy from this website if you want quality furniture.

Worst nightmare ever.
We were so happy to build in family our son new desk after waiting for months for its delivery.
Packaging arrived damaged. Parts were broken inside.
We still wanted to give it a try but it went from bad to worse that we almost cried after a few hours working on this piece of sh….
As an engineer, I can tell you that whomever design those furnitures should get fired right away.
Very poor engineering. Bad quality of raw material and even hardware broke.
They marked some pieces to help build but it is marked in black permanent marker which is visible for everyone to see once the furniture is finished. Very poor finished details.
Instructions are in "Asian" not to say Chinese and even these have poor quality pictures and explanations.
Customer support will tell you to send back the product at your cost to China even if they are at fault for all the reasons above but they don't even give you an address. Just a name of a "Chinese" town. No street number. No street name.
NO REFUND even if they are at fault for all the reasons above.
Why did we try this $#*!ty company/ website?

STAY AWAY! You will waste your money.
SCAM!

I will not even use this fake wood for the fireplace

Horrible Return Policy

I ordered 3 bar stools for Litfad but the seats are too small and a bit stiff. Yet they will not accept a return! I'm even happy to pay shipping costs. Please do not use this company.
