I ordered SKU: ******* Rectangular coffee table with storage in March. It finally arrived on 4/26/23 (I paid extra for express shipping). The first thing I noticed was that the box was badly damaged. The plastic overwrap was torn, almost shredded, and there holes at two of the box corners. I then opened the box and discovered the following:
1. The table top has a crack running across half the table
2. The laminate trim is damaged at the point where the crack begins.
3. On the opposite side, the trim is not glued properly.
4. The color of the table is very dark. On the website the table is lighter (almost like oak).
Needless to say, I am very unhappy. Given other reviews of the company's products and business practices, I may not even try to return it but acknowledge the purchase as a mistake from which I learned a valuable lesson. ALWAYS, research and read reviews before buying on line. I wish I had!
I purchased a sputnik style light with 15 bulbs, none of the internal wiring was completed and the wiring is not color coded for north American standards. My father, an electrical engineer had to solder different portions of the light together in order to make it work. Avoid.
I ordered a buffet hutch. The item did not even look like the picture that was advertised and when I took a picture of what I received so Litfad could see that it was clearly not what I ordered, they still denied and said the order was correct. I spent $900 for something I didn't order and no way of returning or reimbursement! Litfad not a trusted company BE AWARE!
Bought a lamp "Macaron LED lamp".
I've never seen seen such poor quality. The lamp came completely in individual parts. Even the wires had to be pulled through the lamp rack.
Also there where scratches.
The support teams refused to take the lamp back but I should send it on my own costs back to China
So never, never again!
I bought a small coffee table from this Chinese mother****, it came broke, now they are asking me to keep that as is with 40% off, or I should pay for the return, who wanna something broken with a discount? Who thinks is fair the customer pays for something broken!
I received it 2 months later even though I paid for fast delivery. It came completely broken every piece had damage on it and probably because the material was just horrible. I wish I would have looked up their reviews before buying. So if you are looking here please please save your money and buy elsewhere. The customer service answers but they asked for pictures of the damage well they received all 74 of them. I asked to ship it back and get a refund and they wanted me to pay for shipping cost plus re stock? Why restock a broken item? So instead 2 weeks later they tell me they sent a new one and paid for shipping? Now it's almost 2 months later and no word
I ordered a stool on April 15 or 16. I received an email that a Fed Ex label had been created... but after over a week, no further tracking info was available. I'm now told that I won't receive this order for at least another 2 months. Burned again by China. My fault for not checking to see where this was shipping from, but I'll never order another product shipping from China again. And they won't allow me to cancel my order. Unhappy.

Items do not look at all like they are pictured. They will try to refund you 5% even though the product isn't usable. Total $#*! company.
I will not give any star for this website! I purchase a small faux leather sofa and cost me almost $1200. Then I revived a fiber sofa nothing looks like leather after 1.5 months waiting! It is just a regular fiber sofa without any faux leather layer and very easy to get dirty and hard to use wet cloth to wipe out the dirt. Besides that they shipping the sofa without any protection just a simple kraft box and I received a sofa with tow legs distorted and came out from the original package. Because the two sofa legs broken siding shipping and they can not function normally to support the sofa! After I contacted with the support team, they are very rule and mean. They say either I pay people to pick it up and ship it back then they will refund me the money without the shipping fees! Be carful they mentioned is they will NOT refund me the shipping fee I paid upfront to ship the sofa to my house PLUS the shipping fee I paid to ship back the defective sofa. After back and forth negotiations, they just gave me discount for the purchase but they never be responsible for their dishonesty and irresponsibility. They are not willing to pay the shipping to take the broken sofa back and refund me ALL the cost! Do not buy anything from this website they are lying and treating to make money!
Litfad is a SCAM.
As a result they offered me 5% refund then 15% refund, then 25% refund and that was with out saying too much except I want full refund.
Order has been with them 10 days and still not left china.
So, I hot them where it hurts Google Ads and Amazon Associates account.
No platform to advertise, to sales = failure
I encourage you to do the same.
Go to Google sponsored as, report, misleading content, scam, a short summary.
Do the same with Amazon.
And go to your bank explain and get a refund.
83% from UK alone have said the same thing.

Absolute rubbish. Long delivery but this was noted. Item received did not accurately reflect what their listing showed, it was a much inferior product which did not operate as it should & had damage.
Raised issue with them stating unhappy & item not as described. They kept trying to offer tiny fraction of cost refund or I send back at my cost & refund would have original delivery cost deducted. Absolute crooks. Fraud written all over their operation.
So I ordered a stone dining table set with 4 chairs a small upholstered bench seat and a wall light sconce. About a week after placing my order I got curious about the company I had sent my money too and checked reviews. Needless to say I was concerned when I came upon this site with all the tales of woe. Well about 2 weeks after my initial order I was notified my items had shipped and would arrive in a few weeks in several different boxes. No further updates were received when the light fixture arrived at my door via UPS. A couple days later the upholstered bench also arrived via UPS. Both were well packaged and looked exactly as described on the litfad site. The light came disassembled with basic instructions. It was easy to assemble and if needed, use google translate app through your phone's camera to translate the Chinese only directions. There were illustrations which were self explanatory. I was notified by the shipping carrier that the table was ready to ship and had to select a specific date for delivery. I think they ship via boat from China (when shipping to USA) and then have different carriers todo the final delivery based on weight and size. It only had Thursdays and Saturdays as options. It said I needed to be there for the delivery. A day before delivery I got a confirmation text with a 6 hour window, 1-6 in my case. The day of I got another text informing me they would be arriving in 15-30 minutes. They ended up delivering 5 total boxes at 4:30. Everything was very well packaged. The stone table was very heavy but was palatized and crated with wood. The metal legs were also boxed and crated. The chairs and legs were all boxed and wrapped in foam. No blemishes whatsoever. The quality of construction and finish are top notch. Exactly what one would expect based on the site description and photos. I am very pleased with my experience and decided to post a review to show there are some good experiences. Who knows, perhaps Covid threw them for a loop and they are getting their act together. I uploaded some photos of the items I recorded. Hope this is helpful to somebody.
I received damaged barstools from Litfad. If I wanted to return them Litfad required that I pay the shipping in both directions. I was informed by Litfad, for the first time, that the goods came from and had to be returned to CHINA and that I would be responsible for the cost of shipping in BOTH directions despite the fact that the goods were DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL! The cost of returning them is too great despite the fact that they arrived damaged! BUYER BEWARE!
Do not ever shop from litfad they provide extremely dishonest photos of their product to deceive people into thinking they are buy something better or bigger than they really are. Not only that they make it extremely difficult to return or get refunded. I am still in the process of trying to get a refund and as of right now I don't think that is coming. They are telling me things I already know and trying to prove to me they sent the right product.
This company is BEYOND BAD. I can't understand what they are even doing on US market! DO NOT purchase anything from them if you find this review before committing. I purchased an $800 office desk. It came in broken box with ALL major parts cracked and broken. The quality of material was beyond poor. Some parts are literally made from pressed cardboard, not even pressed wood. The ones that are made of pressed wood ripped off together with the screws as soon as you fasten them. Oh, BTW, it came with a 2 lb bag of screws but not even a basic assembly instruction. When we managed to get an instruction from them, it was a basic sheet with no details of how to put drawers and cabinets together. All the wood had wrong holes and new holes needed to be figured out and drilled. None of the parts matched with each other, either. And the image on the website is different than what actually came- this was an IMITATION. When we requested refund, they insisted on sending a new desk and for refund, we would have to ship this $250 lb desk BACK TO CHINA out of our own pocket! We grudgingly agreed to give them another chance. After another week they said they are out of stock but they still wouldn't give us refund but insisted that we pick ANOTHER DESK for 5% discount. It would be almost funny if it wasn't so infuriating. Aghhh!
I purchased a wood chandelier from Litfad. When it arrived and I began to assemble it I discovered it was missing a part. I emailed them and they requested 6 photos which I sent them. I have now gone back and forth with them for 16 emails and they keep asking for photos which I have now sent 3 times, and more than the initial 6 by now). On top of that, in order for the light to be assembled you have to drill 24 holes into the wood in precisely the right places to secure the glass pieces. There are no pre-drilled holes and not even markings for where to drill. The images online do not even show screws in the photos where they would normally be visible were it an accurate representation.
Terrible quality and atrocious customer service. I think they are just trying to wear me down so I quit asking for a return.
Bought 2 shelves, $120 worth and these things are the cheapest, biggest pieces of junk ever. Look nothing like the pictures, emails don't go through to company and now I will file a claim through PayPal.
I ordered a book case from this company and would like to give a 0 star review. Initially they gave no estimate on delivery, but said free delivery. They then took over 5 weeks to delivery the item. The package came completely damaged and falling apart. The items in the package were all damaged (chipped, taped, and dirty). I reached out to their chat customer care and was directed to email (no phone) and have been going back and forth on email about returning the item. They want me to pay for shipping back to China and cover the initial shipping cost that was part of the purchase price. I checked the price to return the package based on the weight and it would be $270 almost $70 more than what I paid for the garbage they sent. Stay far away from ordering anything from this company.
Answer: Litfad is a scam company. Their website products are 3-D images. The intention is to deceive customer. Their return policy is designed to force the product on customers. Imagine the cost of shipping a bucky product to China, which is more expensive than the product cost.
