What rip of merchants these are. I ordered two swimsuits from this company they arrived and the quality was really poor so I wanted to send them back for a refund. Unfortunately there was no information in the parcel on how to proceed with a refund so I had to logon to the site to find out. Only to find out my password was wrong and needed to be reset. I then tried to reset my password but the system didn't allow me to and didn't send me a reset email as promised. So now I have two swimsuits I don't want with no way of being able to send them back for a refund. Absolutely useless company. Stay well away if I was you. Caroline
Please do not buy from this company! Anything from China is cheap! Horrible quality. Should have read the complaints before purchasing! Waste of time trying to get your money back. So weird how there was such good remarks. Then I go to the complaint site and its nothing but complaints!
I ordered two bathing suits at the beginning of May I receive one by May 22. Its is June third and Im still waiting for the second. I made the payment thru PayPal. Does anybody know how to get in contact with them. Im really upset.
On 3/18, I ordered the Dye V-Neck, long sleeved maxi dress for $42, including shipping. It arrived on 4/10. Basically, this dress consists of cheap, sheer material over an all white "slip" that is very short. Because one can see the white slip dress under the long sheer material, it looks ridiculous on. The polyester material is hot and itchy. I absolutely hate this dress. It's going in the donation pile. I recommend that you avoid LinkShe like the plague.
I heaved a big sigh of relief today (May 23) when my bathing suit from Linkshe arrived. I had ordered it on May 12, despite a lot of reviews about bad service and merchandise not showing up. For it to be delivered to Canada from China this quickly was a nice surprise. I had paid the extra $2 for faster service.
As for the bathing suit, the top fit well but the high-waisted bottoms were a bit disappointing. They were cut very narrow at the front and the back and fit a bit loose. They were a size M so that was right, it was just the style didn't work. Had I tried them in the store, I would have taken a pass.
Maybe I can get them fixed or maybe I'll just get a new bottom that matches.
Oh well, you take your chances when you order something online. It wouldn't be worth it to return them, and I do like the top.
I ordered 2 bathing suits from this site they took the money out of my account but did not send my orders. They will NOT return my emails I cant log into my account. I found order and tracking numbers but when I put them in it says theres no orders. I am calling the BBB on them but just wanted to get it out like the rest of you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from this company!
They do not deserve a 1 rather a -100. I ordered one swimsuit they sent and billed me for two. So now I have 2 cheap swimsuits when one cheap swimsuit would have been too many. I cannot tell you how bad the quality is. It was cute on the website nothing like what I received. Should have read reviews before ordering. How do you people sleep at night?

It is a scam. They do not accept returns, try to get you to take 50% refund and not return, when you refuse they say the best they can do is 80% with no returning the product (hah) I accepted that because I read reviews that even when people returned the item, trying to get 100% refund, they never got the refund. Absolutely disgusting ripoff! I am putting a complaint in to the BBB
I wish I would have looked at reviews. Ordered 2 bathing suits and they are cheaply made with some sort of thin nylon material, not quality Department store bathing suits. Called my bank and they have issued a temporary credit. Called Pay Pal and they are offering my full refund. Even the Pay Pal employee said she ordered from them and it wasn't what they show on site. Also, I put in complaint with Federal Trade Commission and will be contacting Attorney General as well. This site needs to be off the internet
Ive placed an order well a month ago ~ havent received anything yet not even an email confirmation! I sign into my account and it shows I have no recent ORDERS! If I ever get my passport cel ~ I know what to expect after reading some of the reviews ~ shoulda did that first I guess! Theres so many bad reviews ~ lesson learned! There goes my money :(
Order a swimming suit - took 6 weeks to get & their was NO Panty Liner in the bottoms (GROSS) and the back of the legs of the swimming suit was ALL STRECHED out - the elastic was loose - like someone else had WORN THIS! Strangely enough - I can't get into my account - says my password isn't right - (which I know it is) - keep trying for them to send me a new one to reset - it says its been sent but that was like DAYS AGO! What a SCAM!

Bought a suit from these people... it was absolutely adorable online. Got it in the mail and the top fits nothing like the picture. Stitching is so off and there's not as much suit as the picture shows.
I don't recommend buying anything from this company. Waiting to find out about my return or I'll be going to PayPal to dispute the charge. False advertisement... Suit looks and fits NOTHING like the picture.
I wear a Med. And ordered a large swimsuit, very cute and good quality if I was 5 ft tall but I'm 5'4. The dress I ordered in a large also and way to big. Stuck as can't return. Buyer beware

I ordered 3 items and wanted to return 2 of them. I followed the directions to request returns as per Linkshe instructions. They say I can return the items once they provide me return information but it has been weeks of requesting the returns and they still will not provide return info. I'm stuck with the "not to size" items and I'm out the money.

It is nothing like the picture, shoddy workmanship, came in a bag from China... going to Goodwill, I will never wear this... sites like these should be shut down...; this is fraud, and customers like me are getting taken... Let's share on social media how LinkShe.com ripped up off on their false return policy! Who ever heard of a merchant trying to negotiate a return/refund after they lured us into purchasing under the false expectation that a return would be fully refunded if the buyer was unsatisfied!
They sent me three offers for a partial refund if I would keep the two swim suits I ordered. When I declined, they quit responding to my emails! They certainly are perpetuating China's reputation for low manufacturing standards and underhanded business practices. Reminds me of the poisoned Chinese dog food that Pets Mart sold a few years back. How else can we find resolution or at least war. Others!
