My order wasn't processed quickly, I have filed two tickets with customer services to confirm if they were ever going to ship the order. On the second time I sent the notice, they moved my order from processing to shipping the next day, I never did hear anything from them. I placed my order on Feb 11th, 2017 and on March 7th the tracking information states it's in China. This process has taken so long, that if I actually receive the article of clothing, it will be next season before I can wear it.

Ordered a top from the site based on size description/measurements. It finally arrived 3 weeks later and the size of the top did not match the advertised measurements. Opened a case with customer service. They asked for measurements of the item I received and even though it clearly does not match what they advertised due to their fault, they are refusing to give a full refund, claiming that not only do I have to pay for return shipping, but they will only refund 60% of the item price to cover their "free" shipping cost. It's insane! Horrible products and service. Never will buy from them again.

Purchased a swim suit from this company; according to their size chart it was correct; when it arrived it was way off; wrote them asking how to get refund; company out of china; they said we would have to pay return shipping, which would not have been worth the expense to be refunded; they suggested instead we give the apparell away as a gift or sell on line; no help whatsoever; when i questioned the size chart, they said they were in asian sizes as well. Do not buy from this company, it is in my opinion very disreputable and just another internet scam; youwill find them advertised on facebook; my mistake will hopefully keep others from falling into the same misfortune.

I bought a coat from here recently, the picture showed a lovely 2 layer flowing coat with a waist where a waist should be. I ordered a size bigger as they stated their sizes were small.
When it arrived, there was no voile outer layer, the cut was so small my arms barely went in the sleeves and the waist was just under my bust. Needless to say it didn't fit.
I messaged the company and they offered me 20% off! I pointed out i couldn't wear it under any circumstances as the cut was so bad. They upped their offer to 30%
I again pointed out that the coat was 3" smaller than their size chart measurement, the waist was in the wrong place and it was missing the voile outer layer.
I was told to return the coat at my expense to China (despite it being posted to me from England) and they would give me a 60% refund!
I was livid!
Fortunately I had paid via Paypal who have given me a full refund.
I will NEVER buy from this company again, their customer service is appalling, as was the quality of the garment I was sent.

This is a fake china site. They steal real pics and cut off the faces and make a replica of what the item is a VERY POOR REPLICA I must say. My dress came 3 weeks late after I paid for express shipping, the dress was several sizes too small and poorly made, one of the sleeves was longer than the other. No customer service and cost triple the item to send back. Thank GOD I used PayPal and got my money back. BUYER BEWARE! SCAM!
The government should STOP this NOW...
