Shameful

Well they got me as well... for all future buyers, do not buy from them. I hope all of us victims get the word out and shut them down. They are not even ashamed of what they do. It is sad. No contact, only by email and want even send a return address. Clothing to small and ripped..

Items took 1 month to arrive and all are at least 2 sizes too small. Their size chart is way off. Quality is poor, uneven sewing, thin fabric. I do not recommend this company at all! DO NOT ORDER FROM LINKSHE!

Linkshe is a scam

I have been chasing them for a refund now for over a month and they won't even give me the address for me to return the item to and the quality is bad and the service is worse and their clothing falls to pieces. Do not buy from these people. They won't even return my emails...

Item was awful. I paid £25.00, item looks like it's worth a fiver! Do NOT order from them. The told me to give the item as a gift as it's not worth me trying to get my money back or returning the item. They are robbing and laughing at us!

Waiting for a refund

I was told that I was credited $12 out of $25.39 when I ordered a dress. There was no credit. I Have complained several times over the last few days. Also was told my order number that I was referring to was incorrect. This whole thing is nonsense and I regret ever placing the order. I am poor and disabled and now I can't get my precious money back. SHAME ON YOU LINKSHE!

Poor Quality

I don't know why I didn't check reviews on this company prior to ordering. Having said that, I didn't expect the greatest quality so I got pretty much what I expected. Two items are actually very pretty and the others are so-so. My problem is that somehow one item was shipped in a quantity of 4, I feel I checked over my order, but when I looked at the original order I saw 4 of the same items!? Weird. So if you decide to order with this company, don't expect great quality and check your quantities!

Worst site to purchase from. You have to go through several steps to check the status of your order and once you've gone through those steps, the responses are boilerplate: "order being processed, please be patient..." and "warehouse is processing order..." The live chat icon is inoperable.

This order was for my vacation so I ordered with plenty time to spare, yet my order still hasn't been processed. It's been 13 days and is still "allegedly" being processed. If you want to cancel your order, you're charged $3 per item! That's the penalty for their inability to fulfill an order.

I found them on instagram - what a mistake. These cheap stores are such a mistake to have confidence that you'll get what you ordered or exactly what you ordered. I should've known better.

Doesn't it bother anybody in this company that people worldwide have so many complaints? I wish there was one company out of China who has integrity, makes quality clothing, uses American sizing and charges reasonable amount of money. They would be billionaires because integrity is important.

Horrible customer service. You will only get 65% of your refund back after you pay the shipping to China. Quality of clothes are poor. Size is nowhere near the normal size of clothes. I am a L and I ordered a XXXL. It was still to small. Please don't buy from this company.

Not worth it

I ordered 2 tops, took a month to arrive, but hey, I'll cut them a break on the shipping since it was free and it's coming from China. However. I wish I could post a pic of the obnoxious size difference between them. They are both marked XL, one fit, but the other, just by looking at it, appears to be a size 2, and in now way an XL. The items are of very cheap material. I've seen better quality clothing at a swap meet! Not even gonna waste my time attempting a refund after seeing the trouble it takes. Bottom line, not worth it, shop somewhere else!

I ordered a $30 shirt from their website. It arrived a month later. Their size chart is way off /incorrect so of course it didn't fit. Their reply was that shipping costs are so high and my responsibility that the best thing to do is gift the shirt to a friend. The final agreement was a $7 credit to my card. I let them know I would continue to tell everyone I could about how they F customers over.

Yes - How can you advertise one product and send something entirely different? I ordered two tops on Feb 11 for vacation March 1st. Delivery stated four business days. I tried to cancel with pleas of my being patient. One top clearly stated cotton but is a spandex/nylon blend... the other was stated as 100 % Chiffon but is all nylon and very cheap. Just received today - no slip in package for return. Going to contact paypal as this was a rip off if I've ever seen one.

Buyers be ware! Ordered swimsuits for a trip a month ago went on the trip still waiting. I requested a refund and they said they would minus $3.00 handling, I responded take the $3 just refunds my money. They sent me a message saying be patient. I've learned to do more research when ordering online. Contacting the better business bureau. I suggest you do the same
