I'd heard of LilySilk on youtube and really wanted to try their silk pillowcases. After ordering, I was worried to see that they were being shipped from China because I live in Sweden, and Sweden usually charges extra customs fees on top of orders shipped from outside the EU. I thought I'd have to wait a long time, pay extra, travel to a depot to collect, etc. I was incredibly surprised that just a week later the pillowcases were delivered straight to my door! Super fast, painless delivery by TNT! So thank you LilySilk for using them!
The pillowcases themselves are beautiful. I opted for ivory as I thought the white looked too cold for my taste, and ivory is perfect - exactly like the picture on the website. They are the perfect size too and look very well made. I have silk pillowcases already from John Lewis and these look just as good. I'll definitely order from LilySilk again.
I received my 22mm pillowcases and used for first time. They had extreme wrinkling. I have many from SLIP and they do not wrinkle. I'm trying to return (I sent a picture) but they keep emailing to iron them and they'll give me points. It's my third attempt and they're still advising me to iron!
The 22 momme silk blouses I bought started pilling awfully after just a few wears! If you are going to buy Lilysilk products, wear them alone(no jacket over or no bag rubbing to the clothing). I would not recommend bedding or pyjamas that are worn daily at all. In general, spend a bit more for more reputable silk producers.
Update: So, it's been over a year and a reply with a promise made on this site by so-called LilySilk Representative never was fulfilled. Dear LilySilk, stop stalking independent review sites with false promises to solve the problems. It only discredited LilySilk further. Shameful behavior.

Do not buy from this site. They have received my returned items 2 months ago and they still have not refunded my money. It is impossible to get through to someone at this company. The only response I received to my emails was that they will review the issue and get back to me. They do not answer the phone number listed. It's the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I spent over $300 and returned the items unworn and with the labels attached. I followed all their return procedures and obtained an RMA number. This company is a scam. Also the silk is rough and the sizes are off, this is why I've returned all the items I had purchased, over $300.
Bought a bedspread set for £358.97 from Lily Silk on 1 Dec 2016
It was used in rotation with 2 other bedspread sets.
The fitted sheet started piling/bobbling after 4-5 months. It became uncomfortable to sleep on after 6 months.
Surely decent quality sheets used in rotation with others should bobble that badly after just 7months?
The quilt cover has also started bobbling.
I emailed Lily Silk in June 2017 to let them know about the problem and request refund or replacement for just the fitted sheet.
They refused to refund or replace.
Instead they offered a paltry compensation payment of £35 or discount on purchasing a new set.
Regret spending my money with them and would recommend others think twice before purchasing from them.
I conformed with their request to inform them in writing within 7 days that I wished return an item. They have said they can not refund because it is an intimate item - it is a dressing gown. There was no where on there website that informed a potential purchaser of these conditions. They then said they would exchange but there is no other item I want. These actions are not acceptable I am entitled to a full refund.
I have tried to contact them by phone on several occasions but the phone just rings out.
I got all of my 22 momme silk bedding from Lilysilk and am soo happy! The prices are reasonable and the quality is exceptional! They give you 45 days to try it out and free express delivery.
Answer: The company is real but I have my doubts about the silk, compared to other silk I own it's not even close.
Answer: I purchased 1 blouse, first time buyer, and found the quality to be less than acceptable: thin, smells of chemicals, and cut short in the front (I'm 5.7,138, fit build). I find Banana Republic has far better quality silk than this place. I wouldn't pay LilySilk prices for their products.
