Can't believe I believed an influencer and spent 180CHF on two "silk" pillowcases. I already own silk pillowcases, and when I received these products, I was horrified. Real silk has a soft, waxy-like texture, when I slide my finger across this pillowcase, it's hard and unpleasant, pulls on my hair and skin worse than cotton. Mixture of polyester most definitely. False advertising and breached Fair Trading Act, reporting to the commerce commission.
I ordered a ‘silk' sleeping cap and ‘silk' pillowcase. The pillowcase has a tag which details that it is made of 100% mulberry silk. My main problem is with the sleeping cap. It has no tag detailing the fabric composition. It feels like polyester. Most damning is the receipt listed on the shipping package which said ‘polyester cap' ‘polyester pillowcase'. The website claims that the products I ordered are 100% silk as well as a card included in my order claiming ‘Lilysilk products are made with 100% pure, natural mulberry silk'. This is false advertising and in breach of the Fair Trading Act which I will be reporting if I don't receive a full refund.

The items are very clearly not silk. The quality is awful, you'd be better off going to Primark and getting better value for money. I purchased pyjamas for my partner and I was too embarrassed to give them to him.

The so-called"customer service" doesn't exist! After 100 orders you wake up with customs fees to pay and lilysilk answer is absolutely disgraceful! They employ some Chinese repeating the same tape in a broken English like a tired cd!

A HAPPY ENDING. Although there were some initial teething problems with our delivery - caused mainly by the tracking number not being recognised by DHL - we since found out that this was nothing to do with Lily Silk but simply down to the fact that the package hadn't, at that point, arrived in the UK and therefore was not recognised by DHL as a item out for delivery. Had DHL explained that, if the package was still in transit (outside the country of destination), the tracking number doesn't work (until package is in a UK DHL warehouse), we would have understood and been less anxious. It was because we couldn't track our package that we started to question the legitimacy of Lily Silk, when, in fact, it was down to an administrative problem with DHL being unable to confirm anything until the package arrived in their UK branch. Lily Silk are a Chinese company and for that reason they generally take 24 hours to respond to emails. Having said that, they did respond and they came up with the goods in the end. The good news is that after waiting a couple of weeks for our delivery, our silk bed set arrived. The quality is second to none. We are so pleased. Lily Silk packaged each item in individual wrapping in one box - some in beautiful little boxes and each wrapped in gold ribbon. We are utterly delighted. We spent £1000 on a silk bed set - duvet cover, fitted sheet, over sheet and four pillow cases - and we slept like royalty last night. Thank you Lily Silk. My advice to future UK customers, expect not to be able to track your parcel immediately- not until it reaches a uk depot - that way you will be less anxious. Lily Silk do deliver outstanding quality silk bed linen and they deserve to be recognised for such.

I brought two sleeping caps that have just finally arrived and they are massive they don't even fit my head.
Wish I didn't bother purchasing and wasting my money as it was quite an expensive purchase so definitely not worth it. Bummed that it was made in China very misleading as website said Australia. Should've just got some silk fabric and had a seamstress make it.

I WISH I had the foresight to read these reviews before placing my order. They're an absolute scam, untrustworthy business with the WORST customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Not only were the goods of very, VERY poor quality when they arrived but little did I know that was only the start of my problems with this company. I decided to return ALL of the products I purchased save a blue silk scrunchie which was probably the only nice product that came. I launched this return 15 days after I received my parcel. Flash forward SIX MONTHS, let me say that again. SIX MONTHS after launching this return I have STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! A refund totally more than $450 AU.
The first time round, my returns parcel actually came back! Australia Post citing that the "address does not exist". Does not exist?!?! So I contact their crappy customer service team and ask for an explanation. They blame me, as if I didn't send it to the right address. I send them screenshots of the tracking details and the parcel as proof that it was in fact not my mistake. They tell me to send it again. I say you can't be serious? Do you think I'm daft enough to reship this parcel, spend another $20 to risk it coming back to me?! They say they'll pay for the return postage. I ask to confirm the address. THEY GIVE ME THE EXACT SAME ADDRESS.
I go fine, screw it. I'll ship it again because getting $400 (after paying shipping twice) back is still better than nothing, plus they've said they'll reimburse me. WHAT A MISTAKE.
It's been THREE MONTHS since I posted that parcel a second time and not a peep out of them. No response to my emails. No phone number to call. I may as well kiss that $450 goodbye because I highly doubt I will ever see that money again.
PLEASE DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THESE PEOPLE. They're absolute scammers selling overpriced, poor quality goods who do not return your money. I may have made this mistake, but please learn from mine.

I have made multiple purchases from the site. There silk is beautifully made, and very comfortable. Very nice silk clothing.
I want to say that I see the Lily Silk has responded to many of the comments below, as if they fixed them. However, I want to note that while they do follow up, the offer no solution. My last interaction with them began with this sentence - "sorry for the trouble you caused." I run a large tech firm with many customer service staff. If any one of my staff ever wrote this sentence, I would fire them immediately. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. There is no way to make a return if you are dissatisfied.

I purchased a wireless bra which was a 'one size' fits most but the information said "it is best suited for anyone who wears a traditional band between 31.5-40" and an A-D cup" In reality this is a 30 or 32a-b bra for a small teenager and of no use to me. This was not cheap at $89AUD. I will now test their return policy but don't hold out much hope. Do not waste your money!

Answer: The company is real but I have my doubts about the silk, compared to other silk I own it's not even close.
Answer: I purchased 1 blouse, first time buyer, and found the quality to be less than acceptable: thin, smells of chemicals, and cut short in the front (I'm 5.7,138, fit build). I find Banana Republic has far better quality silk than this place. I wouldn't pay LilySilk prices for their products.
Answer: It is impossible. They're only reply to emails is automated and they do not respond after that. They do not answer the phone number posted on the site.
