Like these scrunchies

I like these scrunchies, they're nice to my frizzy hair. What's more, as I've gotten older, I get headaches when I wear normal hair ties, and these seem to hold them off a lot better since they don't tug so much. I mainly got them for pineappling my hair night, but I've been using them during the day too. Great product, especially for the price.

I ordered 10 days ago. I have no gotten a single update. The order is still processing. I have emailed twice. No answer. I have been on hold on the phone for 10 minutes and no answer. I will be doing a chargeback because it seems like a fake scam website.

My old silk pillowcase was wearing out and I was in need of a new one. This one is so much higher quality than the old one that I had purchased a long time ago. It came in a beautiful box and is suitable for gifting for sure! I like that it has a zipper closure so the pillow won't slip out. I know from experience that silk pillowcases are wonderful at keeping your hairdo smooth and does not muss it up. It's also great for your face and for keeping the wrinkles at bay. I can't say enough good things about this one, super high quality! And the cotton backer keeps it from slipping around at night. Perfect!

I let my hair grow out from white/ silver to a different texture charcoal in the back. I wear below my shoulders and it becomes truly damaged from normal pillows.
I love the smart design of cotton on one side for no slipping around and the silk side has completely solved my problem. A great find!

It's silky soft and comfortable. I was ill and my hair became brittle and no amount of conditioner would stop the dryness. I purchased this in hopes to keep my hair from breaking more. I think the hat helps.

I haven't ordered from this brand and I dont think I'll bother. I emailed customer service with a specific question about one of their products I wanted to order and the response was very vague and general, it did not answer my question about the product at all. I think that my message was possibly lost in translation, as the response seemed like it was from someone who's first language is not English, so this may have been a factor. Anyway, I'm not going to spend my money ordering their expensive products, when their customer service is not good at all.

Ordered a sheet set. Only a fitted sheet arrived. It smelt like turpentine and felt like plastic. 419 dollars for a fitted sheet. I asked to return and they haven't responded. Avoid this company at all costs. Scammers

Silk, being a combination of natural proteins, does have its unique smell, which mostly comes from the residue sericin, or "silk glue." Sericin is very beneficial for your body in trace amounts, so you don't have to worry about the smell being indicative of something terrible. But we do understand the scent is capable of making you uncomfortable. What we would suggest for you is to hang the sheet out in a place with good air circulation, for maybe 3-5 days to let the smell dissipate.

I'm a side sleeper and my squished face has recently been holding onto the squish wrinkles from my deep slumber. Love that the silk lets my skin slide around and avoid wrinkles. The cotton underside is great so the pillow doesn't actually slide around. Fun fact, this pillowcase will fit the full size PillowCube for side sleepers.

I have always had satin pillow cases and always wanted to try silk because of the supposedly benefits. I just could never find any at a reasonable price. I got this pillow case. S a treat for myself during a sale to try. I absolutely love it. It is very gentle on my hair (a huge improvement from the satin). I will be buy more of these for myself and gifts

Whatever i received was not silk. It was satin or silk mixed with synthetics. I've no doubt in my mind they take real OEKO-TEX labels and stick them onto fake silk. Real silk feels the same on both sides. What i received was painfully obvious synthetic product. When i emailed for tracking issues the reps name was Frank but could barely speak english on text. I feel really dumb for falling for this fake website from china. Buy NA, JPN, EU. never china. I dont expect to receive my money back but ill be making sure my negative review gets out there whenever this company or silk in general is mentioned.

I bought two one size bras that unfortunately didn't fit. I have nothing to add about the product itself. According to their website it will take 20 business days to get my money back even though I returned the items within days of receiving them. You return items to a CA address so you would think Items also come out of the US ( fooled me). But it turns out LilySilk mails their items directly from China so it has to clear customs and what not. Becoming aware of that whole bothersome process both receiving and returning - LilySilk is just not for me.

This is probably the best made comforter I have had the pleasure of sleeping under! So well made, nice and substantial - so soft I wish I didnt have to put a cover on it! I'm used to cheap "bed in a bag" comforters, but after experiencing this type of quality, I see what spending a little money can get you! I'm in love!

I purchased one of their silk blouses for work. I was looking for a good quality silk and was willing to pay a decent price. I thought LilySilk seemed reasonable so I took a risk (usually don't like buying online). When I received the blouse, it smelled of chemicals, the silk was very thin in my opinion, and it was a little too short for tucking in front. I am 5'7" and 138, fit build so nothing crazy. The cut was NOT flattering either. I decided to return the item stating just what I said here and they had the audacity to charge me for shipping. I do not consider this to be a quality company at any level and would recommend you don't wast your time. Spend a little more and stick with the tried and true name brands that have already made a statement in the fashion industry. You will find the quality you want there (NOT with LilySilk)
