I was charged for my "Free" Samples.
The website is easy to use but very slow and lagging. I also feel there is not enough detailed information concerning cabinet organizers and such.
Not sure I'd use this for my next remodel. Promised a
"1-14 day" shipping speed, but it took 21 days. Worse was they shipped a wrong cabinet. I ordered a sink base for our remodel, and they shipped a microwave base. I spoke with customer service, they 'owned up' to the mistake, but it's been over a week and still no response despite the fact I've tried reaching back out to them multiple times to see if the correct cabinet has been shipped or not. This means my remodel is about a month behind schedule - the contractors I'm using are getting fed up with me because the whole project is on hold until I can get this last cabinet.
Overall, the cabinets are well crafted and look really great. If I could have my last cabinet, this could have been a 4 or 5-star review!
Heidi Conner has been great in helping me to order these cabinets. I made some changes and have now ordered two more cabinets.
The experience was positive. Currently working on designing another project. However, we ordered cabinets and had them assembled at the factory. The packaging, when arrived, was flimsy and the cabinets were not well protected. Other than that, the cabinets are well made, attractive and my designer listened to my needs and designed a great kitchen.
The shipment was supposed to arrive within 14 days. When it didn't, I wondered if it was going to come. Not sure why it took 15 days to arrive from Michigan to Georgia. I love the cabinets.
My only issue with lily Anne cabinets is that the toe kick isn't finished and you have to order a toe kick piece to give it the finished look and to have just that piece shipped is outrageous so we will be buying an unfinished toe kick piece at a different hardware store and staining it with the extra stain we ordered. This is my second time orderOmg RTA cabinets but my first time with Lily Anne and my first set of cabinets had a finished toe kick
The 3-D service kept crashing. I also had trouble getting to the final shopping cart and had to re-do it like 4 times. Ordered cabinets and it took over 4 weeks to get them. I'm not sure if any of that was due to COVID but when I did get them, I had none of
My undermount glides. I contacted the company who told me to do a ticket which I did. I never heard back from anyone for 10 days. Finally I called and talked to the owner who got someone to call me to send me glides. So it's been almost 2 months since I ordered and still can't install my cabinets...nice solid cabinets for a good price, but either they are struggling to keep up or don't have good processes they follow to get the job done and help customers.

Loved designing my new kitchen with this company, the website is so user friendly! My cabinets were delivered well within the time frame I was given at the beginning of the process, and they worked with my husband to schedule a time that worked for us to take delivery. We had gotten quotes for new cabinets from several large home improvement stores that were upwards of $10,000, we spent less than half of that with LilyAnn Cabinets. And the best part...my new cabinets are gorgeous!
Asked for 3D design service. Got a list of cabinets with no explanation or design.
Customer service provided little help. Would have been beneficial if they actually told me what was happening rather than telling me the order was at the warehouse. Turns out the holdup was having to paint a couple of cabinets which by the way came out equal to the other factory painted ones. Would have really helped to understand the delay
Experience was good until I got my order and had 2 follow up requests that were never addressed.
Ok I registered for the 3D design and all I got was a link to your video resources, which I had already watched. Then nothing.
The second problem is that all you cabinet pictures show both real pictures and computer generated design concepts. There is no consistence in lighting and cabinet color or wood grain. This is a big problem when trying to figure out how a cabinet would go with a counter-top. All the computer generated images should be scraped! Here is a thought, create quality door front images that people could print out with a photo printer. Save a lot of time when trying to make a style decision. THis would have saved me money on having to buy door samples.
My two cents... While the overall cabinet quality was fine. I did have a wall cabinet door with a poor finish. The Thing I feel the need to point out to you is... Your assemble instructions are HORRIBLE. There is no consistency in instructions. First thing is you should tell customers to ignore assemble instructions included with the cabinets and use assemble instructions provided on the website. Then you have to actually need to provide links to quality "CORRECT" instructions for EVERY cabinet. (Some have links some do not? Whats up with that!) Graphic quality is very poor. Some cabinets come with pan head screws some with flat head, but the directions give you no guidance on which to use where. Dont expect much more help from the videos. Some videos use the one screw and others use the other. Also what to glue and what not to glue differs from one video to the next. Many of your videos show someone on your assembly for putting together cabinets. Who has a 5x10 work bench to put your cabinets together. Not realistic. You need to go through your videos and update them and make them consistent. I purchased a 18" pantry the direction link on the website where for the wrong type of assemble. I had to search through the website to find one that matched my pantry.
Suggestion. Higher this guy to create accurate assemble videos for your cabinets. (youtube channel: Home RenoVision DIY) I have no connection to him but have watch many of his videos. He has a great screen presents and a very genuine delivery. Great edge when people are trying to decide which RTA cabinet manufacturer to buy from.
Darryl is very friendly and polite. The only issue have is it take forever to make any changes on the design.
We had some issues with a back order and glaze in a different shade... however, we did receive everything we needed after I spoke with John. You must have patience as you may not get to speak with someone right away. But anyone I spoke with was always pleasant. I am pleased with the quality of the particular cabinets I purchased and how easily they went together.
3D model was pretty to look at, but not accurate, window sizes were off, sink was off, other than that it looked good
I only ordered sample cabinets and I received them in a timely manner with no issues. I was satisfied with the timing they arrived.
The cabinets we received were above and beyond our expectations.

I did not get two parts of my shipment, and it seems to be taking forever to get a refund. I have had to follow up at least 6 times.
