Was great nobody ever notified me that my cabinets were there. I had to call a month later and they had been there for who knows how long.

When I received my order their were two issues, both related to order accuracy. One, I received a one Shaker White cabinet in among my order for Largo White. Your follow up on this item was painful. I mark my request as 'high' but never received any response to my claim that I filed initiated on your end. It was only when I called did someone react (3 times I might add). The online help was responsive but I was told that because the two cabinet whites were the same that I would be sent the doors. I agreed to this proposal. Next thing I know I am getting a RMA for me to ship the cabinet back. No one let me know that this was happening. Bottom line it came about 2 weeks after I made the claim.
Two, when I final got around to opening the two Base Panel Skins, only one was in the package. Again, I filed a claim and this time I heard from the "Returns" department within a day. I responded to the their request within the hour and never heard back from the person again. I had to call again. Everyone kept letting me know they would help and that they would get the missing skin out to me. One person called the warehouse and said that there were 10 white Base Skins at the warehouse and one would go out that day. I asked for a tracking email to be sent to me. When I didn't receive a tracking email by the next day I called back. Apparently, there were not any base skins at the warehouse even though the person who answered the call this time said 9 showed in inventory. I finally received the base skins the day before the countertop installation.
If you are the owner reading this, your company is in need of some standards for customer service. Your people seem to be helpful, but their follow through is atrocious.
Everything arrived in good condition. I am currently in the middle of installing. So far, I have one cabinet door which was messed up when they routed the outer edge. I will file a warranty claim once I finish installing the rest of the cabinets.
A couple of the instruction sheets were a little misleading. Showed or implied dovetail fits where it was simple a groove, but overall, everything has gone together to my expectations.

Chuck and your team are all very helpful
No one's 3-D designer tool works well, so I guess you don't have to feel that bad. I went in circles with service specialists(chat) trying to get info on where my order was in the queue. Called the number and after 5 calls, finally got an answer. Waited another week for trucking company to call me. The delivery guy was awesome! Helped me unload the truck by hand!
Working on a remodeling project would like to compare different styles easily, found website slow and a little difficult.
