This is my 3rd kitchen ordered from this company. 2 for rental properties and this last one for our primary home. Got the White Shaker Elite - the product is excellent and easy to assemble.
Some images are black and white drawings, which is ok. The site is really really slow to refresh or go page to page
I wanted to pick up the units but they were shipped anyways. I could have saved over$400. Total bummer.

Phone calls often go to voice mail and no return calls. Once I do get someone, they are always polite and quick to find an answer.
We received three different profiles of the light rail molding. Called on 5 different days and spoke to 5 different people ( one was supposedly the manager) and was promised 3 times, that the order would be corrected, and matching molding would be delivered. Six weeks later, I spoke to Johnny K, explained the situation, and we finally received them. Also spoke to Lindsey and she tried to get this resolved as well.
The quality of the cabinets are what we wanted but to get problems resolved, make sure and ask for Lindsey or Johnny K!

It would be useful to be able to filter search results to narrow the choices presented.
The cabinets themselves were well-built but I had to move the drawer faces up a little bit to use the built-in drawer pull cutouts. There was not enough room to fit your hand between the drawer and the cabinet door below it.

The pricing was great. Trying to get a hold of someone to answer questions about my order wasn't. It took weeks of calling and unanswered voicemails to track it down. Turns out my order was sitting in the warehouse for weeks. The day I called and (finally!) got someone on the line who could help, they scheduled the delivery for the next day. There is definitely room for improvement with the communication between the warehouse and customer service.
Johnny was a huge help and the 3D design was a really cool way to visualize my finished kitchen.

I received a quote the other day that was "valid" for 21 days. When I went to the quote today the price went up $300. I added additional items this morning, but it would be nice if the price was the same as it was the other day when I received the quote for the original 41 items in that quote
I received my order in a timely manner and it was excellent quality.

Just ordered a few doors to see the color options for a basement remodel. Did not use the 3D design service.
Website is still too slow. Hoping order will be ready within 5 days.
It loads slowly. It's hard see the total list of items. It would be nice to see pictures of cabinets in the color im ordering. The wording of the descriptions is odd. I thought I had ordered a glass door cabinets but it was a solid door. I'm ok with that but the site doesn't make it very clear.
