We wanted a base spice cabinet but could not find one that matched our cabinet color.
Our crown molding was damaged and two of our cabinets were the wrong color
Everything has been great, including Chuck. The only inconvenience is the setup of the website with all the cabinets listed in a very obscure way. It would be great to have a drop down with the different sizes and or grouping the types/sizes of cabinets for easier viewing and selecting.

We ordered our cabinets back in May 2020(Charleston Saddle color). We received our cabinets within 3 weeks which was very good considering COVID. The quality of the cabinets is very good for the price. The problem that we have been dealing with for over 2 months is the color. We received 10 cabinets with 4 different Purchase Order(PO) numbers. Each PO is a slightly different color with one being significantly darker than the other 3. We have email and called Lily Ann Cabinets at least 5 times but they have not resolved our issues. We received one new cabinet but need three additional doors in order for them all to match. Lily Ann is not very good about getting back to their customers in a timely manner. Hopefully we hear something soon from the Replacements Department since our project has been sitting in limbo for over 1 month while we wait for the correct stain color.
There were issues with my order. It took nearly a month to receive the product instead of 15 days. I feel like there was a lack of communication between staff and it seemed like people were not on the same page. I had two separate shipments and some products were not delivered. The cabinets itself are good quality, but the service need to be improved.
Not sure why but I had to call many times to get things corrected the way I wanted. I never received a call back. I would email or leave a message and did not get a response in a timely manner. When I did contact the company everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I love the cabinets. They were easy to assemble. The only complaint I have is that when I tried to order another add-on cabinet they wouldn't grant me free shipping. I thought maybe since a large order was placed they would be so kind to offer me free shipping on an almost $800 cabinet. I would recommend them but be sure you order everything you need or shipping will be very expensive for the things you might forget like stain, side panels, or extra cabinets!

Cabinets were easy to put together and install. All face frames were straight and once other cabinets went next to them, all of them lined up. These are an exceptional product. Have installed other cabinets that cost 3 times more and these were as good or if not better than those cabinets. If I ever need any more cabinets, I would definitely use Lily Anne cabinets.
The cabinets were very high quality & the assembly was easy. I would recommend lilyanncabinets.com to anyone.
Great experience and pricing! The customer service part was not the best, took 6 calls to finally get in touch with the guy in charge of replacements for damaged items. However once I got in contact I was able to get those items within 3 days, that was great!
