I ordered 5 long sleeve t-shirts for my size 4 wife. Approximately one week later I received one t-shirt and a note saying that 4 shirts had not been sent. Weeks later I received a single size 5 t-shirt (correct pattern, wrong size). I now have one shirt that was ordered, one shirt not the size orderer, and am missing four ordered shirts.
Two shirts that I purchased for my wife on final clearance (not returnable) although labeled silze small were in fact large or extra large.
Several shirts that I would have purchased were not available in size 4.
The items received were as pictured. I ordered to get an idea of service, so many cute things I would order later. Ordered tote bags for Christmas for friends with pets, so cute, but did not arrive & no explanation. Will see if charged for items not received.
