I had tried to order this same order, and every time I tried, it was a different price! I was charged for shipping, not charged for shipping, pay full price for an item, then it was reduced. First time this ever happened and I certainly hope it is the last!
Differences in several purchases over time lead me to believe that calling a shirt "size__" is based on holding it up to the back of a randomly chosen coworker who says they wear size__ and tossing it on a table where a "size__" label will be sewn into it. My most recent order included two long-sleeve crewneck T-shirts made with the same fabric, both ordered in 3X and carrying that label. The only differences were color and the pattern printed on them - oh, and the eight inch difference in width at the shoulders and chest. I am fairly sure that if I took all the shirts I have purchased in 3X and lined them up and measured them, there would be no two of the same dimensions and a range of at least 8 inches from loosest to snuggest. Some of my 3X shirts are a bit bigger than they need to be; so far I haven't received a "3X" shirt that is simply too small to wear, but I expect it will happen sooner or later. I would not dare order a smaller size regardless of style. So, set some size standards, will ya?
I received the t-shirt I wanted but my husband's was backordered. No one notified me until I emailed you and asked about it.

I have been purchasing clothes from Lilicloth for a few years now and they continue to have most any kind of shirt, sweatshirt, etc., in many great colors. The prices are beyond a sale and they make great gifts as well. I have always received my order in a timely manner! Customer service is great, and items come in individual zipper bags. Excellent service!
Shipping took a little longer than I expected. It was definitely longer than other online retailers.
Standard Shipping seems to take a little long.
The men's tee-shirts run small. When I tried get a trade for a larger size, I was told that they "didn't do that". Finally ended accepting a discount and keeping the merchandise (which I cannot wear). Poor customer response. When I tried to do a "return" from their web site, the site stipulated a 48 hour processing time. A week later, it still showed "Processing". Contacted their customer service via "chat" and got the issue resolved (see above).

I like all the graphics and sayings, but having all the available fonts for each saying would make things easier, rather than having to scroll through multiple pages hoping that the saying is available in the desired font. But, maybe that's the purpose - making customers scroll through multiple pages hoping they find what they want.
I bought 5 t-shirts. In different sizes and they were all too small. So lam sending them back. Now here's the good part. They are going to give me 40% of my money back. And l have to pay the postage which l bet will be the 40% that l get back this is B.S. No wonder they places don't last long
