It was all good except when I look at a particular item and then try to return to where I was browsing, I'm put all the way back to the beginning of the category. According to the sizing chart my shirts were all one size to small unfortunately

The products are good quality and have a fun element.
The delivery times are not optimal and the charges are a little excessive.
Some of my order arrived in time for gift giving as planned, other parts didn't arrive for another 2 weeks.
But I got charged the same postage rates for everything!

If you prefer not to have your items shipped separately, please contact our customer service team before the order is shipped, and we will try our best to package all your items together.

Regarding your latest order, we have not received any email or online chat records regarding any issues or requests for returns. If you need to return any items, please let us know the specifics of your request, and we will be happy to assist you.

In regards to your previous return request, we sent an email on September 6th, 2023, but did not receive a reply from you. Please double-check whether the email address you provided when placing your order is correct. You contacted us via online chat on September 15th, and we have already sent you a return label.

I'm not so pleased with the sweaters I bought because the size of the blue sweatshirt was awfully small for a medium sized one and I usually wear small size and thought that the medium was big enough to be loose and comfortable
