Their app is not user friendly & glitches are painstaking. My order information seemed to be non-existent. Items ordered are overpriced for their quality, & do not match their product item pictures. I got my order in a lengthy time, just before I gave up hope to go to my bank to file a payment retraction. Overseas ordering is nothing I want to experience again.

Shipping for a single shirt is WAAAY too High It basically doubled the price of the shirt. I was never provided an accurate tracking number, so I was not able to track it, it arrived as a surprise.

All except for one item, was nicely made. One of the shirts had off center writing and the material was very thin.
Great fun filled items for birthdays coming up.

Both products I purchased looked to be knit, but the hat is made of printed polyester. Pretty disappointing. The socks are tiny. If I'd known they were coming from China, I never would have ordered.
This company really deserves less stars. I bought two sweatshirts that did not fit. They make it so difficult to return it that you give up. They basically said well you have to pay the shipping and you're sending it back to China so how about we just give you 15% back and call it a day. Do not buy! There are other sites that have the same products with much better return policies. Attached is the response they kicked to me.
My mother got me a sweatshirt for Christmas. On it, the word 'Angel' is spelled 'ingel'. My mother contacted them of the misspelling. She was told to provide proof. We took a picture [below]. You can clearly see INGEL, not ANGEL as it should be. Company told her it was 'spelled correctly, and the best they could do was 25% of her money back'. Are you kidding me? IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE ANY LANGUAGE, MAKE SURE IT IS SPELLED CORRECTLY. A complete scam and I will tell everyone I know to not shop here, and to do not do any business with such a sham of a company. The entire ordeal was a mess for my mom as it was [elderly] and the terrible customer service will make me ENSURE that Lilicloth and every affiliate never sees my coin or anyone that will listen, again. Good ridden.
