Received item late for Christmas and Lillicloth would not even exchange for correct size! Here in the USA we demand 30 day returns. ESPECIALLY at Christmas! Will NEVER order from again. BEWARE.

Easy to use, lovely colours, soft fabrics and great prices. I would buy from here again and am looking forward to wearing my shirts and sweatshirts!
It would be nice to be able to see the items in all of the different colours in the photos.
The shirt that I received looked very different than the one in the sales photo and I was shocked to see how poor the materials were. The shipping took forever and the item was received well after Christmas so it became a birthday gift. When I registered for a return I was informed that returns go to china at my cost and may have expensive customs charges so they offered me a 15% cash refund instead, quite a slap in the face. I still have not been provided with the shipping address to return it so I cannot determine the actual cost to return which is on the buyer. I will never shop from Lilicloth again after this experience.
All of my shirts were the correct size. I did order 2 sizes up. Ordering was easy and my orders came on time.

This is hands down the WORST experience ever trying to get an order delivered.
First the method of payment failed so I payed directly w/ credit card. Only to find that the order was placed twice.
Had to contact them via chat and email reply to remove said order.
They confirmed order info. Order was a Christmas gift for a relative in Phoenix. Order placed early December.
Order never made it.
Tracking history showed Los Angeles to West Valley, UT, West Jordan, UT, Bingham Canyon, UT, West Jordan, UT to West valley, UT, to Reno, NV to Sacramento, CA, Modesto, CA and finally settling somewhere in Patterson, CA.
Packaged never arrived. Refund never submitted. Also order has telephone number - no attempt made by anyone to locate order recipient.
If I could take AWAY stars, I would! Don't order ANYTHING from Lillicloth.
I love ordering at this online boutique, the prices are great and the delivery is very fast. The dress is of excellent quality and it fits me very well.

My only issue is inconsistencies in sizing I ordered 3 shirts large 2 where 1 said large but was small
