I ordered a couple of products off the website and had them shipping overseas. The entire process was very easy and the items arrived within a couple of days of the order. I was surprise at how simple it was from start to finish and would highly recommend the products as well as the service!
I order 3 tee shirts in size extra large. One of them evidently runs small because it is too tight. The other two fit okay; however the sleeves and bottom do not have a true hem. Also, the fabric is very thin. I prefer a more substantial fabric such as 95% cotton with 5% synthetic that will last for several seasons. I will not be ordering another shirt.
A fun experience! I loved the cat peeking out in the middle of the shirt! I have a Black cat and now she be with me even when she's not around.

I normally wear a men's L/XL. To be on the safe side I ordered a men's XL. As soon as I slipped it on I knew it was too tight and needed to be exchanged for an XXL. I figured that the procedure would no worse than I experienced with some other companies, contact the company for a return label, pay for return shipping, apply full credit to a new shirt. Seeing as the shirt had come from a shipping center in Compton, California I figured the cost wouldn't be too bad and the procedure would be short and sweet. The first person I talked to in customer service told me customer service didn't handle returns/exchanges, I needed to talk to someone else. When I finally got through on that number and explained the situation I was told Lilith doesn't do exchanges at all, only returns, I would have the buy the XXL online. (OK! I can handle that.) I was told I would get an email in the next six hours with instructions. I figured that would be the shipping label. Wrong! 6 hours later the email told me my refund would be issued after the shirt was returned to and inspected at their return center in Guangzhou, China, and would be subject to payment of all "shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees)." Further, "Since international returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund [for the item(s) in question as compensation] instead of returning the item(s)." I'm going to take the 15% 'cuz I'm afraid, after all the costs are deducted, I may owe them money, and it may take months to reconcile, and hope it is a credit back on my card rather than a "store" credit, as I have no intention of ordering anything else from them now or later. Keeping 85% of my purchase price whenever something is wrong and leaving me with an item that is useless to me is not my idea of a fair deal. The message on my shirt was "I'm pretty confident my last words will be 'Well $#*!. That didn't work'" Seems appropriate.

It came while we were on vacation but lovin the shirts an the fit an the humor an cut is what made me choose this company I'll be back

The shirts are of reasonable quality and the designs are great, but the XL size is more like a large, sizing is poor.

The site is difficult to use, it does not accept choices, it has taken me 20 minutes to buy these products. Difficulty with choosing colour and sizes, site tries to select the shown colour and size

This company is a scam -I ordered and paid for two sweatshirts (AU $50) and they have never arrived. Originally I got tracking numbers that said order was in transit from China with further tracking number for AU but then that all disappeared. There is no ph number for Australia and no way of contacting this so called company and order gas never arrived-don't buy you are wasting your money-it's just a scam. I have doc re this but can't upload if you want them I can't email them to you.
