Absolutely terrible company with deceptive business practices. If you have a return it must be sent to China at a huge cost to you! I have exchanged emails with them as you only have 7 days from receipt of merchandise, they do not get back in a timely manner. They offered me a discount if I would delete my review for unwearable and unusable items. This dispute is not even close to a resolution. Do not spend any money with them if you value your sanity!
Enjoyed looking at some many items. I like everything about all the tops I ordered, but not the size. The mediums are very large on me. I gained weight during the pandemic and therefore upped my size. I should have order them in small. But, I like them all.

Tried on everything all the same size, nothing fit some were too small, some were too large and some seemed to be two different sizes, the shoulders and sleeves too large and the bottom of the blouse too small.

I bought several Christmas presents for 2021 (planning WAY ahead). EVERY single item was garbage. Poor quality and wildly inaccurate sizing. I have WalMart summer t-shirts that are heavier material (I can see through) than the "sweatshirts" that I purchased. They only allow for 15 days to "return" an item. Impossible to do if they are gifts. I cannot find any directions (address, form, etc) to send back. They provide their return policy but that is useless unless you can locate the forms. I also read that because shipping and fees are so high that Lilicloth will provide a 40% refund in lieu of returning the items. Something is better than nothing but I am NOT holding my breath.

This is my first time to order. Let's see how it goes. I wear an XL tee shirt but ordered a 2XL after using there sizing chart. I received the shirt but couldn't even get it on. Their sizing is completely wrong. Certainly not US measurements. Loved their shirts but won't be ordering from them again.
I have a friend who is retiring at the end of this year. This shirt is just what I was looking for... a unique gift and perfect for her!
Your shipping costs are too high! I will prolly not order again. Also I received a "sweatshirt" that had only a single layer of fabric around the neckline and it wasn't finished on the edge. They just took a 3/4" wide strip of fabric and sewed it onto the neckline and just left the top edge unfinished! Unbelievable!

In addition, international logistics are much more expensive than any domestic logistics.

I ordered 3XL and the tops DO NOT FIT, I tried to return them and NO ONE answered my inquiry, now I am stuck with everything! It seems sizes run smaller than USA ones.
After attempting to use a discount code I received in an email last week which was unresolved by 3 representatives, I removed 4 items from my cart snd bought the bare minimum. Your company lost about $100 in sales, after the discount that was supposed to happen. Very disappointed.
