Easy and smooth process. After sending the wrong shirt, Lillicloth quickly rectified their mistake and sent the correct shirt. It is a gift for my sister and is really cute and I am sure she will love it.

Shopping was easy, shipping is expensive. Almost didn't get the clothes due to shipping, Let's hope the clothes come in and sized right. No wrong size AGAIN!

Couldn't track my order. Got an email saying I would be notified when my order reached the Country of destination. Never received any email that wasn't just trying to get me to buy somrthing else I may or may not get. I figured it wasn't even in the US yet, and never would get here on time. One day with no notifacation at all, it just showed up. In the end, everything worked out, but I spent a month wishing that I had never heard of Lilicloth.

Fifteen (19) days ago – on Dec. 9 -- I placed an order. According to Lilicloth's "Logistics Tracking," as to all items the "USPS Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item December 13,2021 at 10:24 pm COMPTON, CA *******." According to USPS, there's been no reported progress toward delivery since.
On Dec. 24, I emailed the above information to Lilicloth at *******@lilicloth.com, adding: "The items were purchased as Christmas gifts. I will give you a short grace period to deliver or else I will have to cancel the order."
Receiving no response, I initiated a "Chat" session today. "Ada," a "Support Agent" responded that – notwithstanding the USPS status report – the items were "in transit." Ada did not vouchsafe an explanation why the my email went unanswered.
I replied that the "grace period" had expired, and that unless delivery were guaranteed by tomorrow I would contact my credit card company to contest the charge. Ada indicated that they could not make any estimate as when the items would be delivered. Which, I submit, should have been made clear at the time of order.

Easy fast reasonably priced, however if I had known it was coming from China and would take so long to receive it I wouldn't have ordered it.
I'd really like to say that it was a pleasure doing business with LILICOTH, but unfortunately that is not the case. They absolutely ruined my notion of providing unique printed/notioned shirts for my family for Christmas. After over a month since the order was placed, of 10 items paid for, only 3 have arrived and they are way too small and the company has made it near impossible to 1) get info on an order, 2) made a return, 3) stop items ordered, but not shipped, 4) items ordered being out of stock. Other than that, find someone else with patience and money to burn. Where am I suppose to "tell you about the business" and "tell you about myself"?

I ordered 2 Men's T-shirts but the shirts I received were much more like women's shirts. One even had a women's label in the neckline. They were also poor quality for the price I paid. I contacted the company, as directed, about product return, I was advised I would have to pay for shipping and customs costs back to China before I could receive any refund. Instead I was offered a a small percentage back on my purchase price. I am still stuck with shirts that are not suitable as gifts they were originally intended for.

I wasn't satisfied with the items that I ordered. The XL top was more to the size of a man's XL. The tights didn't have glitter on them like they looked on the internet.
They did work with me to keep me from having to return them to China. I couldn't afford the international shipping charge. So they offered me 40% of my purchase. I accepted their offer.

I can't comment yet on the product, as it's been three weeks and as best I can tell it has not yet arrived in the US from China. It was ordered Dec. 5, intended as a Christmas gift. After placing the order, all I received was an email thanking me: no order number, no confirmation of what I ordered. Then, nothing. No way to check the order at their Web site. After about a week I emailed them, and to, their credit received a prompt response that my order was shipped six days after I ordered, providing some tracking numbers. As best I can tell the package has been "in transit now to the US for 15 days. There is a USPS tracking number once it gets through customs. The Web site said it would be two to three weeks for delivery. At this point, this shouldn't be blamed on "supply chain" problems. Future buyers we aware.
