Took too long to arrive. Was not in stock. Had to come from China
Some clothes didn't fit but the return process is such a hassle that I didn't bother to try. Shipping cost is high enough for the purchase that having to return something and pay for the shipping again means I might as well cut my losses and donate the items that don't fit to a charity. I really do like the clothes that fit but I doubt I'll shop at lilicloth or the other sites that seem identical again.
Every selection increased the amount I had to spend to get free shipping so I canceled a couple of items and just paid the shipping

All a scam. I was told before I ordered that they had a return warehouse in the United States, they do not. Their address for correspondence on the website is England, not China. As told in another review, they offer you 15% to not have to return to China. I ordered small sizes and in their knowledge they sent a free XL shirt. The small was the same size as the XL. Run, run away from this place.

The variety on the site of tee shirts is great and easy to navigate. I wasn't aware that the product was shipping from China and would take as long as it did.

Everything arrived quickly and the products I purchased were exactly like they appeared on line.
Done with ease. No problems. Shipping was appropriate.
I also want the same design on a hooded sweatshirt. How can I order that? Couldn't und a way to establish live or email or chat contact with lilicloth. Turns out it was impossible to achieve this with Lilicloth. Had to fulfill with a local suppl; ier.
I talked with PayPal and a dispute was started. I then emailed Lilicloth of the problem. Lilicloth agreed to take back my order, but I had to jump through many hoops. I next received an email stating if I would agree to 30% off of my order, I could keep the t shirts. I agreed to the discount.

By the time it was changed to canadian dollars and shipping each shirt cost me $40.00
I would prefer that Lilicloth be able to guarantee that I will receive my shipment before Christmas but I understand the Christmas rush. I eventually received the items a few weeks late but am satisfied with the purchase. The customer service was very responsive and offered to make things right. I will likely shop Lilicloth again but will ensure that I give myself adequate lead time.

Website is great and it was easy place order. Product was high quality, but my order for a Christmas gift placed on 8 Dec '21 was received 5 Jan'22.
There was not a place to have ship to different from billing address.
