The items arrived on schedule and no unexpected costs. I love the swim suits except they are to small. I want to exchange them for a larger size and there is no way forward. I tried everything for days, emails etc. this is the first communication I have had. I am disappointed.

I'm very happy with the fit. I'm a XL. All shirts I've order have fit perfect. The quality of the material is very good. I will continue to shop for more cloths that I like.
The vest, hat, and pocket watch were perfect! The prop items (glasses, fake cigarette's, tie clip, etc. were all cheap/plastic and more like toys for kids. Not useful for my purposes.

I have yet to get any response on my request for a return of an outfit that looks nothing like the picture. The outfit looks horrendous. It is not "custom made". Way too much material for the jacket. Order at your own risk! Highly recommend ordering from another business

The dress I ordered I ordered had white seam binding at the neck and the hem had a double row of stitching. Made it look cheap. I was able to take some stitch withers and fold the binding under. Looks better. The picture in your ads show neither of these things. One top fits very strangely - large bust but tiny waist
Two of the three items I had purchased were not satisfactory, but customer service and I came to a mutually agreeable solution.

Viele Interessante und praktische Dinge erhältlich. Bei der Konfektion ist jedoch genaues Messan angesagt, wobei es dennoch nicht ganz passt. Rücksendung umständlich. Sonst ist vieles sehr schön, praktisch und preiswert. Werden weiter einige Dinge kaufen.
Most items are a good value but always check sizing as it can be different item to item.
Two articles received, but neither of them fit. Tried to return the items and could not get an answer from the Customer Service. I am willing to pay the return shipping. I don't want to keep items that do not fit.

Nothing wrong with the products it's the delivery times you say 5 to 7 days and it's really 2 to 3 weeks.
Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. It' up to you to take the risk.
Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
