I ordered three pieces according to the size guide and the pictures. OMG they look nothing like the pictures. AVOID AVOID AVOID - i am still trying to get my money back but its looking like i should write it off. They tell you how to return items, but the system doesnt work. They tell you to make contact with customs services, but there arent any. Go back to the High STreet, because this is just a scam of an outfit

Horrible! Their return policy says I can return within 7days. So I bought 3 gown knowing I would be able to return 2. I have been to by them I can return be because they were special order, although no measurements was ever given. Horrible! And now I'm stuck with to gowns that I don't need

Poor customer service

I ordered a dress from Lightinthebox on 1/4/24. I received the order on 1/13/24. The dress does not fit and seems different from description. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service to no avail. This company makes it impossible to initiate a return.
