I love Light In A Box, the prices are good and has nice products like bras, panties, shirts, dresses and other things. I'm happy I started ordering from Light In A Box.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - i am still trying to get my money back but its looking like i should write it off. They tell you how to return items, but the system doesnt work. They tell you to make contact with customs services, but there arent any. Go back to the High STreet, because this is just a scam of an outfit

Love the colours and fit of products...sizing might be a bit off but can live with it
I had ordered 3 christmss items, 1 short sleeve, 1 long sleeve and 1 hoodie,received the hoodie and long sleeve right away but short sleeve was delayed à long time, would of been nice if someone would of contacted me to tell me about the delay and see if I wanted to change my order

Horrible! Their return policy says I can return within 7days. So I bought 3 gown knowing I would be able to return 2. I have been to by them I can return be because they were special order, although no measurements was ever given. Horrible! And now I'm stuck with to gowns that I don't need

0 star, false advertising, Received goods with wrong colors, no lether, with button insted of black. Impossible to contact customer services for refund. Goods coming from China, so too expenseve to return.

I ordered a dress from Lightinthebox on 1/4/24. I received the order on 1/13/24. The dress does not fit and seems different from description. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service to no avail. This company makes it impossible to initiate a return.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
