I ordered a vest, tie, bowtie, and hat for my husband wear to a vintage Valentine's dinner. The tie and bow tie was definitely child size and I think the vest was. Hat was too large. He could wear none of it.

The product received is average in quality and on top of that, dispatch take very long and delivery take long days to arrive.

I purchased two pairs of pants. They do not even resemble the pants advertised both in fitment and style. My body shape is the same as models on images, so the garments should have resembled what was shown. Not even close. They look so cheaply made and hang like a potato sack instead of the slim look advertises. I have tried for over 2 months to get my money refunded only to hear nothing back other than I can use the money for purchase of more of their cheap products. I now see after sending multiple requests from day one, that their policy for credit card refunds has expired. And miraculoulsy I now no longer have an account with lIght in the box. Anyone want to buy a cheap couple pairs of crappy pants for really really cheap. Not even worth the postage.

Despite following the sizing chart and taking measurements, my dress didn't fit me that I ordered from the bridal section for the mother of the bride. I bought two and neither fit. I didn't following the "order a size up" advice. I measured. No luck. I went to return and was told they were "custom made for me", which I find very hard to believe because custom making to me means someone asks for your measurements and makes an outfit following those measurements. I wasn't asked for my measurements. I just followed the recommended "how to measure yourself to make sure you order the right size according to our chart" directions. They didn't want to return my items. Spent $370 and shipping. Taking them off my order list and spreading the word. Better off finding a sale at a local shop or by a reputable designer online. Fighting this one.

The order took forever to be delivered and they say you can return items, but they come up with all kinds of excuses and make it so difficult to return that I just gave up. I would NEVER order from them again!

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
