After paying for purchase and waiting for delivery for two weeks, we were required to pay additional custom charge / tax in the amount of 40% of our purchase before the delivery date. Information about this charge is not provided before you make payment so you would not possibly know about this during the checkout process. The company's explanation is that they would not know the exact amount of tax that each country may ultimately charge their clients when goods are crossing the border therefore they do not mention this amount during the payment process. Meanwhile in company's Q&A section on their internet page I found the statement which says: " If there is such a tax, the charge will be displayed on the checkout page. Please check clearly before you make a payment." Which obviously did not happen.
On top of that, when contacting customer service about this issue, I was informed that it will not be refunded if I disagree with the new payment condition and decide to reject my purchase. They said that their products are very popular among customers (good argument to not inform customers about full cost?) and their recommendation would be to accept new payment, receive the item and then see if I want to return (subject to their return policy).
Overall very disappointing experience that I believe does not meet customer protection policies of any country no matter where the parcel is delivered. It also doesn't help firm's reputation.
Everything was as stated in the ad! And I will buy it again, the product was good quality and fit!

Je me fie sur les grandeurs mentionnés et il y a beaucoup d'erreur, c'est soit trop grand des épaules ou les manches sont trop longues. Les dernières commandes n'étaient pas du tout tel que montrées. Chandail trop court et plus épais que montré, taille petite pas du tout la photo montrée. Très déçu de la dernière commande. Je ne crois pas que je vais recommander sur ce site.

The item is beautiful and the detail is on point.
The picture and description said the item was silver but it's actuually grey but it will work for a formal event. Item is sheerer than depicted but I will wear it with a cami and it will be fine.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
