I made an order of five or six items. I completed the order by paying with Paypal. I received a confirmation email thanking me for the order. I was given the chance to choose another item to be added to my order without having any additional service charge. I chose an item shown on the email but later when I checked my paypal charge I noticed I was charged an additional service charge on the one additional item. I complained and asked that the item be either canceled or the service charge be refunded. I received an email today showing that the second service charge on the one additional item was being refunded. An email received from paypal confirmed the refund as well.

I was contacted and told they may not be able to fill my order. I was told if I didn't want to wait they would refund my money now or I could wait and see if they got their shipment in. They also offered 20% off of my bill for the inconcvenience either way. The following week I received a notice that they had my items and had shipped them. I'm very impressed they kept me in the loop when they realized they may not be able to fulfill my order. Other companies wait for you to contact them to see where your order is then they start working on it. If it's something you needed you've lost a lot of time waiting for an order they know isn't coming.

I placed 2 orders because I forgot to order the shirt when I ordered. Both orders came in a timely manner. People are always asking where I get my cute clothes because we don't have a lot of clothing stores anymoee and the ones we do have are expensive. I have purchased dresses, tops, sweaters, bokmarks, etc. and have been pleased with every item. I stick with the sizing chart and everything fits. I've never had ro send anything back. This is a reputable company and I will contine shopping on this site.

They do not actually offer returns. They made me ship my order back to China, and I had to pay for my own shipping costs, which was $40. Then they wouldn't refund me the entire order price, only a portion of it. In the end it wasn't financially worth going through the refund process at all.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
