Received the refund without any problems. I was impressed although it was the manufactures error on sizing. Hopefully any other issues are handled in the same manner.
It would be helpful if the sizing was more accurate it would eliminate a lot of returns and frustration from customers. The items purchased never look like the model or pictures. Actual pictures would be very helpful before making a purchase.
Very nice thick material but fresh. Ideal for summer. I bought the blue one and the color is beautiful just as it appears on the web site. I bought size L which was supposed to be an US 8, but it is big for me, I could have sized down. It goes down to the ankle I am 1.72m, so not a midi dress.

Over the last two years, I have attempted to order unique shirts from online companies that never arrived, so I was skeptical. Light In The Box is not that kind of site, Not only has every order been quickly expedited but every item is as it is described and illustrated.
I was hesitant on some items that were listed as "polyester" and thought, not for me. Until I ordered one. Their polyester is not the meltable fabric we remember. It is soft, subtle and looks extremely high end.
Do your self a favor and sign up for their mailing list. The flash sales are incredible.
Order the beach pants and although I'd read complaints about shipping time on facebook, I felt my pants arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

I had several shipment delays to be honest. But, the customer service was very responsive. You wont feel hanging. They always make sure they respond to your queries. They surprisingly initiated to offer several compensatory adjustments in forms of huge discounts and vouchers for any inconvenience and delays from their part.

I have bought many items from LITB, all of the items were mostly satisfactory and of those that had an issues, a solution was always resolved very quickly to its fullest.
Only one item in an order with several shirts and pants i'm keeping, trying to return it and they don't want to refund me. The prices are high, i found the exact same on TEMU and AMAZOM for much lower. Delivery charges are also too excessive.
Will no longer deal with them as nothing was as described.
The return policy for Light in the Box is shady at best. I ordered a dress - it was too long. I wanted to return it, but would receive 30% of the price back plus I would have to pay shipping back to China which means I would essentially receive $0 back. It was a lovely dress, but their return policies are so deceptively worded that a standard size and color became a "custom" dress although that was not indicated on the website. If you are certain of the size and color, you're probably ok. If not, stay clear. You will lose your money.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
