I ordered sine sports clothing according to their size guide. What arrived was the equivalent of an XXLor larger size instead of a medium size. Also the material was cheap and not well constructed. Notcreally suitable for exercise clothing. I tried to return it fir refund but got nowhere. Lost 200$ +. Will never order from them again.

After 26 days received 3 of 4 items, after 29 days was told the last item is still being processed. The 3 items that was delivered were ok, 1 shirt fit ok, 1 shirt fit was not so good, and the sport cost fit well but sleeves about 2 inches too long, costing $39 to get altered. Slow delivery times unacceptable and quality of merchandise a bit on the low side in my opinion. One and done with these guys.

I ordered 3 shirts for summer and I'm really happy with the products. All lightweight materials and true to size. I asked for the shipment 2 days early because one of the shirts is an Easter themed shirt and it was scheduled for delivery a day after Easter. I made the request and received the order a week before Easter! Yay!
Everyone gives me compliments on my blouses. Wash well and colors stay true.
Overall I had a good experience. I like the image, the quality, the bright colors. I just think with all the company's out there shipping charges were a bit steep. It has held me back from ordering other things from the site.
Quality of product is as described in the ad. I received the delivery one day ahead of schedule.
Notifications and delivery were prompt and on time. Very much appreciated.
I am happy with all of the blouses except one. However LITB trys hard to please. When the order took longer to arrive, they gave me a percentage of my money back. Overall my experience is positive.

Product ordered is what I received...happy with my purchase of leggings
Light in the box customer service is exceptional. They update you on every step of your transaction including shipping to receipt of the product. The merchandise, for the price, is pretty good quality. I have already suggested to friends and family that they should check it out.
I love that I am the only one at a party wearing these cool styles! Several people have asked me where I got them. Sometimes the sizes are way off and the shipping can take 2 months.
So I when I discovered lightning in the box clothes online I absolutely loved the designs and looks. So I proceeded to order two shirts, casual pants and a pair of joggers pants. When I received the items they were exactly as advertised. The shirts were a perfect fit and the casual pants were as well. The joggers were my favorite. In fact, I ordered two more pair immediately after receiving the first pair. And I was just as happy with them as well.The prices were incredibly affordable and shipping was great. Got my 3 tops and these ones actually fit this time. Good quality and they look really nice. Was my second time ordering and was a bit Leary as first order nothing fit. Happy with this order.
Ordered items according to size charts and everything was too small. Did get a refund for items but Leary of ordering now cause can't trust the sizing.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
