I am not happy at all

I ordered a product https://www.lightinthebox.com/en/p/abdominal-muscle-stimulator-trainer-ems-abs-wireless-leg-arm-belly-exercise-electric-simulators-massage-press-workout-home-gym_p*******.html?_ga=2.***********************************
But I received a very different version that I did not find on your site, I was sent this one that I found on another site. https://www.wingsbc.ca/products/ems-abdominal-muscle-stimulator-trainer-usb-connect-abs-fitness-equipment-muscles-electrostimulation-toner and was unable to contact customer service, I even tried to use Facebook to contact the company to no avail, even the customer service phone number is out of service.
To top it off, the product that I was sent, has physically caused me harm as I now have a few electrical burns on my torso, because someone changed the product, I have been injured.

One out of two ain't bad?

I had to exchange my order for a larger size. When the second order arrived the one item was great. The other item fit my 9 year old son. Not sure how an adult large fits a child but I received a refund and will not try for that item again. Worked out in the end. I wasn't out anything.
