If I could have given them a 0 star, I would have. I placed an order on December 8th, it was debited to my card & supposedly shipped on the 14th with an expected delivery date if the 22nd. When I didn't receive it, I looked for a customer service number to call. SURPRISE! No number. The only way to communicate was to put a "ticket" in. Which I did. The response I received was a tracking number (which was bogus) and an apology because they said they've mailed it to the wrong address. When I checked my order the address that they supposedly shipped it to was correct! They said if I didn't receive my package by January 27 to put another ticket in. This is a bogus website do yourself a favor and stay off of it!
I had same experience from LITB, the order item on 20/12 is never turn up to date. Defer and defer the delivery. End up to the supervisor, they stop the games and said, if I refuse the items when it arrived, when it come back to them, they will give me full refund. No solution and report to bank for a scam

Total of my goods were £31, and all too small. Also had to pay DHL £17 customs fee. Wish I had told them not to bother delivering. Not sure how to go about sending back or if I will even get refunded

Price for quality very nice. Received in 3 weeks.- Only problem size. All tops ran small - I gave them away, however liked them so much reordered in larger size.
I would never order fr9m them again. Merchandise is shoddy and they don't stand behind it. Buyer beware!

Items (make up and brushes) ordered early December didn't arrive by 25 December so no good to me.

I wrote a review on my bad experience with this company. I received no help through there customer service. But after leaving a review I was contacted with in hours. They said sorry for what had happened and gave me a full refund which I respected them for doing. But I was disappointed when given the option by them to have my full refund but if I changed my review to a 4-5 star review I could keep my order as a gift. As you can see unlike most reviews I can read I chose not to do that because as a costumer I believe every one should know the truth about who they are buying off. Hope this helps

I ordered gloves on 19 November and paid immediately. These were shipped on 26-27 November. I complained twice and was told to wait until 24 December. The delivery time is 20 business days from shipping so the product should have arrived by 24 December. It is 24 December but my gloves are still not received in time for being a Christmas gift. Tammy from lightinthebox has just arranged a full refund and a replacement of the gloves to be sent immediately.

My order was supposed to come on the 22nd, BUT NO IT STILL HAS NOT COME YET FOR MY RELATIVES! We consumers deserve better.
Once complained, they take the opportunity to help you and truly sympathize with you. My problem was resolved and now I completely understand the delay.
Well afterall it ended up to be 1 big misscommunication, which resulted in cancelling the shipment. Im still not satisfied with the outcome since i didnt get my items, but it was partially my bad, so due to the fact that company's supervisor messaged me personally and told me what was the problem, im switching up the rating of service up to 3 stars since the company didn't eve want to consider the fact that it partially was their bad due to unusual circumstances.

Ordered items on the 9th of December, its now the 23rd and still no sign. Their postal tracking is appalling. Looks like I won't have items for Christmas - so disappointed. Will not, nor would I advise anyone to use this company.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
