I've been trying to return/exchange a swimsuit for over a week. They keep sending me the same email over and over. The swim suit torso is way small - obviously made for someone 5' tall. They refuse to send me a return label. Never again will I fall for cheap prices and doctored photos.
I was pleased with my order looking forward to order again. Just wish you guys had a way that you could Express it faster.

So many of the items I've purchased fit and look quite different than the picture of said item. Tops are usually cut quite wide...not shapely like the advertised version. Pants are either too big or too small and I have ended up giving away SO many items...tops and bottoms. And yes, I check each and every items size guide. Sleeves are wider than pictured, v necks are not as low cut...I have a LOT of items that need adjusting with my sewing machine. Yes the prices are great but you never really know if the item is going to fit YOU properly or at all. Even when you're supposed to allow 1-2 cm mistakes. I've decided not to bother ordering anymore clothes.

I did not clearly read return policy found other amazing sites all of which give you at least 14 days for a full return. Light in the box only gives yo 30% of what you paid. My mistake for not reading 😞 just know buyers there are some wonderful sites out there that will and they have faster shipping beautiful clothes and returns.

I had two dresses that I purchased that turned out to be too small. I wanted to return them and purchase one again in a larger size. That was not possible because customer service said I could not return them just because they were too small. And that was their policy

I've ordered 25-30 items from LightIntheBox in the past 2 years alone. Even though they've been mostly polo shirts, everything has come as shown and described. The quality is as good if not better than any online shopping company with the exception of the "luxury companies" like Tommy Bahamas but at 1/10th the prices. I love their "flash sales" even though you can't use the membership shipping option with them but the prices are so low that it still is a great deal ($10-15/shirt incl. Shipping). The only thing that I've told them I'd like to see added is a view of the backside of the shirts, especially the different prints and patterns, not so much the solids. Shipping time is normal for where I live (HI) and they provide tracking information with each package.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
