TheBox. There has been some hiccups in my experience until things got more understood with the ordering process and the product quality expectations as I ordered merchandise from this company. I'm sharing my experience with LightInTheBox, or rather, what I would more appropriately call "ShadowInTheBox." I ordered an item that was supposed to arrive in time for my wedding, but unfortunately, it never reached me.

After the expected delivery date passed, I suspected something was wrong and immediately contacted their customer service. They confirmed that the package had been marked as delivered, but when I reviewed the photo they sent me as proof of delivery, it was clear that the item in the picture was not mine. The box appeared much too small to contain the dress I ordered, and I couldn't imagine how it could fit inside.

More concerning, however, was the location where the delivery was made. The photo showed the package outside the apartment complex, by the entrance—not by the mailboxes room, or by my apartment door. This was highly unusual, and after seeing their message, I went to the location to check for myself, but there was no package in sight.

I reached out again to LightInTheBox to report the issue, but my messages were completely ignored. This was supposed to be a joyful and important event in my life, and instead, I've been left frustrated and without any support. It seems that they simply don't care about their customers.

I am deeply disappointed in the lack of service and the mishandling of my order, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Bpost has "lost" my package voluntarily or not we would never know about it. But, Light in the Box help me as much as they can and, as we didn't find the package they refund me immediately my payment. Very happy they do that spontaneously.
